The Tefal pan is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, highly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. We recommend choosing this pan if you want to cook 2-4 servings of food. To maintain the non-stick coating it has, we advise letting the pan cool before cleaning it and avoiding the use of wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
