As far as im concerned its a very comfortable office chair but it needs a lot of tweaking.
Firstly the pressure fit caps ,that hide the attachment hardware, just pop off sometimes
The lumbar spring is attached with e screws that come loose from factory, which in turn had been starting to strip the threads from the force, it took me a while to notice but thats because i thought the plastic spring popping out and slapping my back for the first week was a design flaw ( it kind of is since its not long enough and with enough backwards tilt it pops off and whips your back)
the foam under the edge of the seat for leg support is too supportive, to the point where it would cut my legs blood circulation but once you pull it out its night and day difference ( maybe its because im a tiny bit short for the chair)
Speaking of the chair is definitely higher than i expected, even at its lowest high my heels struggle to touch the ground therefore i need a stepping stool underneath to feel in the right position.
Other than that the chair offers great back support especially for me who has chronic back problems, its really lessened my daily pain dramatically
its so comfortable that i frequently find myself falling asleep on it, its never cold or warm, always just perfect temperature
a lot of adjustments on the armrests and tilt spring tightness, the headrest also has various height settings and does tilt fairly well
All in all i would say the chair is good if you know your way around a basic toolbox, it has a lot of features that just feel like they were rushed by the manufacturer but are definitely fixable within a day or two with some diy
( if thats something you'd consider)
( i have had it for a year now )
