In the book "IQ- Test. Are you smarter than Beethoven?", you will find exercises that frequently appear in IQ tests. By working on these exercises, you can train your gray matter and keep it in shape if you need to take such a test under real conditions. There are tests for areas of linguistic intelligence, logical thinking, arithmetic, spatial perception, understanding technical issues, perception, and observance.
Make sure to work relaxed and without distractions, and keep a clock next to you to time yourself.
After processing the exercises, you can compare your results with the solutions at the end (pp. 149-161). A general ranking of your performance in the individual tests is as follows: You are at the average performance if at least 40% of the exercises are correct. You are above average if you have solved at least 70% of the exercises (for adults over 60 years old, 60% is sufficient here).
In the last part of the book, you have the opportunity to solve a serious IQ test with 100 exercises and determine your IQ. Good luck then... and above all: have fun!
