The shower reaches a maximum of 1.90 because it had a short arm inside. In a phone conversation, they told us that a mistake was made and they would send the correct one, but the next day they blamed the plumber for it. Of course, the shower plans show a longer length by 20-25 inches and the installation by the plumber was done correctly. The conclusion is that there is a wrong arm inside the box and they didn't want to admit it.
