You just have to compare it with any previous calorie guide to see the differences before you throw it away.

And we recommend that you always pay attention to the quantities we mention in the portions. Because of course you cannot measure what 100 grams of parsley contain when you use much less, nor do you care what 100 grams of garlic contain when you will eat one clove.

As for the complainers, who will wonder why we let them rely on our previous Calorie Guide for so long, we cannot blame them. But as research progresses and we work more, so do our knowledge. That's why we will suggest to them, instead of complaining, to be happy that we have the courage to work again on every aspect of our diet, in order to maintain the responsibility and validity of our Institute at high levels.

And hopefully in our future editions, we will have more changes that will testify that our research continues.
