It is the 2nd one I'm getting. I first got this one without the screen... now I have both and I can talk to the co-driver... they do the job for much more expensive. Get it without a second thought
For the price, I consider it difficult to find something better. So far, after 3 months of operation, it has no problems. The battery lasts about 8 hours of continuous use (tested on a long trip) and the quality is very good! Always with the price in mind!
Value for money for Monaey. One negative and that's why 4 stars. It can only be connected with 2 other people. If you are in a group of 4, you cannot connect with everyone.
I got it without high expectations, but in the end it is excellent!
I use it every day! The radio it has is also excellent!
I can't understand why other intercoms cost 400 and 500 euros!
It connects with 2 other ones of the same brand in case of a trip!
Good evening, sound satisfactory connection needs a little getting used to, in the negatives I couldn't find how to share music and also one of the two I got is in Spanish. Does anyone know how to change the language? I highly recommend it because with so much money you won't find something more quality!
Very good for low speeds in the city with the scooter.. you can hear the other person well unless they speak a little louder, which blocks the microphone.. for speeds above 110 on a naked bike, I couldn't hear anything
Without having experience from other intercoms, it connects very easily with the mobile's bluetooth as soon as you open it. It notifies you when the battery is low. The conversation during calls is clear and the person you are talking to can hear you perfectly
After 3 months of operation, I received the cardo x2 with the jbl headphones and day and night I regret the 55 euros I spent on it and I have been bothering myself for so long... 0 parasites, you hear very clearly, like crystal, unlike the one that feels like you are in a tunnel...
Very mediocre, I do not recommend it for trips, spend a little more and go for a better one, and that's what I did, I tried to save money but in the end it turned out to be crap, unlike others
Battery that lasts many houuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurs. Range (in visual contact between the 2 devices) satisfactory (200-300m comfortably). Connectivity with the mobile phone is very good. Microphone and headphones are amazing. With an open helmet, a helmet headset with an arm and a speed of 80-90km/h, my friend (with the same product) could hear me perfectly.
The only drawback is that there is no possibility of simultaneous sharing of music and conversation with a second device.
I highly recommend it for its price
Awesome sound and excellent reception, it also has a radio. Take it without a second thought. The battery is amazing, lasts for 2-3 hours of daily use and with the radio on, it lasts for 7 days.
I bought it after reading the comments that it is a value for money intercom. After installing it on the helmet relatively easily and connecting immediately, I was impressed at first, but later I realized that when I had the volume low, I heard interference through the speakers, which was very annoying. After keeping it for two days, I took it back to exchange it, but unfortunately the second one did the same. I don't know if it didn't match well with my phone and caused the interference, or if it was a faulty batch.
It's a shame, but on the positive side, I will say that the volume was very satisfactory up to 160, which I tested, and the microphone was also good. I made a call and was riding at 110, and the person I was talking to could hear me clearly.
The product is so good to a ridiculous degree.
I received it yesterday, put it directly on my helmet (MT Thunder 4SV), turned on my phone, connected the Bluetooth, and went for a test.
If you want to listen to music even a little bit from the motorcycle, you have to have it at 3/4 volume or lower, the speakers are very loud (something I didn't expect at all) and they have very powerful and clear bass.
In terms of speech, the other person doesn't realize that you are on a motorcycle, you sound as if you are in a closed room with 100% silence and the voice is heard very clearly by both parties (excellent noise cancellation).
**I didn't try the intercom feature as I bought it for music and calls, so I don't have an opinion on that matter.
The music and call were tested on a Gsxr1000 with a racing exhaust from 0 to 200+ km at 65% volume and I am more than satisfied to the point where I can't believe how good it sounds.
For simple use with the mobile, it is very good. Its battery is amazing and the sound on headphones/microphone is satisfactory. I had it on my old helmet and I also bought it for the new one because I didn't want to spend 170€ at the moment for the ST1 (which I consider to be the cheapest substantial upgrade for intercom).
Quite a good choice for its price and for someone who doesn't want much like me. The battery lasts about 4 hours with music, it has a radio and you can talk on the phone or with someone who has this system in their helmet. I have it in both of my helmets. The negatives are that you can't reject a call and if you don't answer the phone, it answers itself, which can be inconvenient if you don't want to talk to someone. (I solved this problem by putting the phone on airplane mode) and b) you can't increase or decrease the volume of the music. It doesn't have a button, so you have to stop and take out the phone to do whatever you want to do and then leave again. Apart from these, it's a quite decent choice.
Very good! The battery never runs out and the sound is very clear. It should have a more convenient on/off system for cases when the wife is very talkative :)
Very good connection quality and intensity, more expensive. The only downside is the clips that do not button correctly, causing it to stick and charge on the helmet
I should note that I have no previous experience with intercoms, so I have no point of comparison. However, I am really impressed with how good the radio and music sound. It has a very strong volume and clear communication on the phone. All the callers say how clear it sounds. Even the instructions from Google Maps on the phone can be heard clearly on the radio. I use it daily mainly for commuting to and from work (26km) and in the 10 days that I have had it, the battery has only dropped by 20%. When you turn it on, it always tells you audibly how much battery is left. It has also been caught in moderate rain twice and I had no issues. It is possibly one of the best value-for-money purchases I have made for gadgets all these years. Even at 140 km/h on the Attiki Odos with a V-Strom DL 650, it sounds crystal clear. Of course, when I go outside of Attiki or on the highway, I need to lower the volume quite a bit due to the strong intensity. I hope I helped. I will come back with an edit when I get a second one for communication with a passenger. Overall, it is an excellent and easy user experience with low cost.
Excellent value for money. Up to 140, you can hear clearly, but after 160, the second person needs to speak loudly for you to hear. It connects to 3 drivers, but at the same time, only 2 can speak. To talk to the third person, you have to change channels, which we couldn't manage with our friends
It's worth its money for now.
It connects with other brands that have the intercom standard.
As soon as you open it, you press a button and it connects.
It only has two buttons so you don't have to search while driving.
It is of good quality, I haven't encountered any problems.
The packaging is complete, you don't need anything else.
The only disadvantage is that you are forced to listen to the woman throughout the whole trip
For the money, it's a good purchase, it does its job just fine. I tried it at different speeds and it sounds satisfactory. The battery really lasts a long time. It comes with 2 microphones in the box, one for full-face helmets and one for modular helmets. The mount didn't fit on my helmet, so I used double-sided tape (the device doesn't attach properly to the mount).
Guys, it's the best purchase you can make. I'm not even discussing the price, which is nothing compared to what it does. I wear it on an HJC helmet with a tiger 1200 motorcycle. Up to 120, you hear it loud and clear. After that, it starts to lose a bit, but you can still hear it. And you can hear it up to a distance of 1km, not 800 as it says. I had bought another intercom with seven times the price and couldn't hear anything even at 100km. The battery lasts longer than I expected (10 consecutive days, if not more). The most important thing for me is that I was able to easily "wear" it on the helmet. I use it with a passenger and it's fantastic. I highly recommend it
I have bought this one with the LED and this one with the screen. If you plan on getting 2 for intercom, I suggest spending a little more money and getting something better. Every now and then, you have to clean the pairing memory in order for it to work, I believe this is a firmware bug. Also, I haven't been able to share music and have the intercom connected at the same time. Something that according to the manual should be possible. Other than that, as a Bluetooth for connecting to your phone and listening to music or for intercom listening, it works fine.
Very good for its price. Up to 90km, very clear sound (of course, it also depends on the helmet, I have a full face LS2). Easy to assemble and use. Smart switches for adjusting sound, answering calls, finding radio stations. Quality materials, great autonomy. Excellent!
Incredibly, the sound is very good and its battery lasts a lot. I use it for trips and it does the job that others would do with 300 euros. They are worth their money
Very good. I used to have a Midland BT, and I had bought it as a pair for 300 €. Now that I bought a motorcycle again, I decided not to spend that much money again on intercom and go for something cheaper. Luckily, I didn't go wrong at all. Perfect sound, perfect speech, radio works great. Don't be afraid of it.. Cheap but miraculous.
I have it for 1.6 years...
I use it on an on-off motorcycle with a Givi Voyager X16 helmet... well, the communication is excellent, whether in motion or at high speeds, it literally rocks, I am very satisfied.
The connection, either with another rider or with the smartphone, is very simple, the radio works fine, I struggle a bit with the voice commands but it's okay!
And especially for the 50 euros you spend, I consider it the best. The only downside is that after 120 kilometers it makes noise due to helmet turbulence, but that's only with the helmet!
The battery has left me very satisfied to the point where I forget to charge it!
