Note: because the wifi doesn't reach the rooftop, it needs to be installed within the range of the router, somewhere in the house. Not on the rooftop. I have used ~20m of 4x0.22mm2 alarm cable with aluminum foil. The single-core telephone cable doesn't work. Three conductors are needed. I have cut the sensor cable 20cm from the plug to connect it to the Sonoff. This way, a clip won't be necessary. I have made careful and waterproof connections. The sensor is the DS18b20 in a 30cm tube with a little thermal paste. It can be either in a bucket or the transistor directly glued on the upper part of the boiler wall (under the polyurethane insulation). The idea is to place the Sonoff in the electrical panel and control the water heater's resistance either directly or through a relay with the possibility of scenarios. However, this requires an electrician. Attention!!! For those who automate: for safety reasons, the water heater should not be powered when someone is taking a bath! Disadvantages: 1) non-illuminated screen 2) it doesn't fit inside the electrical panel and it is shallow, so the display is not visible. It attaches to a rail with its own clip. If the display needs to be visible, it should be placed outside the panel.

I installed the ds18b20 temperature sensor from Sonoff on both, along with a 5-meter and two 15-meter extensions respectively. The result is that after 31 degrees Celsius, I don't have any temperature indication. After some research, I found out that the extensions are to blame, despite Sonoff stating that it can handle up to 60m of extension. Anyone who wants to install it should know that it only works properly with the 30cm cable of the ds18b20. The solution I found is to use another sensor and connect the necessary wire, but I haven't tried it yet. I will update when I do. 2 stars with leniency! EDIT: In the end, I bought the new Sonoff WTS01 sensor from an international website, which works perfectly.
