Excellent milk despite causing us to have fussiness and colic after one month of use, and the child was burping and spitting up a lot at the end! Afterward, we bought the corresponding Nan sensitive and our issues were resolved
Easy-to-digest milk.. Simply when our little one turned 6 months old, we switched to another brand and noticed that she liked the taste of the new milk much more than this one, which is quite sweet.
While we had no problems during the first month, from the second one it caused constipation. There is no rule for infant formulas: it depends on each individual's body.
We started as a breastfeeding supplement from the maternity ward. It arrived perfectly for our baby and we continue using it. It requires a little more shaking in the mixing, but it's okay
A great milk. The first one that my little one tried as a supplement at the 4th month and he accepted it just fine. One month later, he still continues to suckle and drink 90-120ml as a supplement.
From the day it was born, it has been taking this milk.. The nan 1 used to have a gold cap and now it has come out with a blue one (more fortified).. It is definitely not the same milk.. With the gold cap, it has an ingredient (I don't remember how the pediatrician told me) that aids digestion.. We haven't had many vomiting episodes, the pediatrician told us that this specific milk can cause a bit of constipation but we are fine with that.. I don't have experience with other milks, I am just sharing my experience so far with this one..
We started with the old nan from the maternity ward and we were fine! The baby liked it and it didn't cause any issues! Then they released the new nan and it's just as good, but more fortified. When we started it, it caused terrible constipation in the child.. they suffered and couldn't digest it easily. They had hiccups, vomited even after 3 hours of drinking it. 3 stars for the old nan..
From the maternity hospital, the baby drinks this milk. He drinks it pleasantly, it flows easily, it doesn't make burps, it hasn't caused any spit-up even once. Of course, the baby's organism plays a role.
The baby formula (from my little experience) is a blessing.
IF the child drinks it, WHEN will they drink it and HOW MUCH and FOR HOW LONG.
At 9.90, this particular package (400g) is a good choice to have at home as long as the pediatrician recommends it.
We gave a little because breastfeeding is recommended and now we are looking to stop it (already 3 days clean)
Personally, we started from the beginning. We had a mixed diet and I never had any issues. There were some colic episodes, and only once did he have difficulty with bowel movements, but he handled it very well, especially when breastfeeding had to be cut off. I believe that all infant formulas are good, it's just a matter of each baby's organism. Just like with us adults, some foods bother us while the same foods don't bother someone else.
We tried the nan expert pro, specially designed for colic and constipation, but after 3 months we struggled to give nan 1. It drank 50g reluctantly and didn't like it at all
Very good milk for us at least. Since the day it was born, we had tried humana and sanilac, but it had constipation, going every 3-4 days and producing a lot of burps!! As soon as we started this one, it started causing trouble every day and the burps decreased a lot!! Every baby is different.. What is best for us may not be good for others.. It requires trials until you find the right one
As long as I drank it in small quantities as a breastfeeding supplement, we didn't have any problems. As soon as we increased the quantity, due to complications that didn't allow me to continue breastfeeding, the only positive thing was that the baby was gaining weight normally. As for the negatives: regression after each meal, incredible constipation (2 bowel movements per week), and nervousness throughout the night. We also used probiotics in drops for the constipation, but nothing changed. Eventually, we changed it, following the pediatrician's advice. I wouldn't recommend it.
Our baby enjoyed it and gained weight just fine, but it caused him terrible gas, sleeplessness, and pain, so we had to change it.
I have only good things to say about this milk. I am raising 3 children with it, and they immediately gained weight. I have a 19-month-old boy and 2 twin girls who are just 4 months old, and they gained weight immediately. I feed them every 3 hours according to their schedule. We tried it with my first child and we had issues with genetic rickets, orthopedic disorder, and he needed a sufficient amount of calcium for his bones. It has only done us good!
We started taking it from the maternity ward when it needed supplementation and we are still using it two months later! It was recommended to us by the pediatrician. It does its job properly, and the baby sleeps well afterwards. It is a bit heavy for his stomach, we can tell from the burps he has, but always in comparison to breast milk.
Our child drinks it after a surgery he had. We continued using it since it was the milk they gave us at the hospital from the dairy. It works normally and he accepts it just fine.
The milk is clearly how it will "sit" with the child. While with the first child I had no problem with milk from other companies, in this child Nan was the choice (after 2 milks from other companies) that did not create any problem for him. He sleeps peacefully now, he doesn't have gas like he had with the others and no issues with constipation.
Unfortunately, it did not help us at all. We bought it to help with constipation after a doctor's recommendation and it caused us a lot of nausea and vomiting. We stopped it immediately.
I breastfeed and simultaneously use Novalac 1. In an emergency situation, I needed to try this specific product and I didn't notice any difference at all compared to Novalac, neither in the way it affects my daughter nor did I see it bother her. I am satisfied
In my first daughter, we gave her nan 2 and it was perfect. In the second daughter, who is now 4 months old, we first gave her Frisolac 1 in combination with breast milk. Then, when the breast milk was no longer available, we switched to Frisolac and the doctor recommended Humana 1, but I was afraid because it caused her to vomit the first time we gave it to her. So, we switched to nan 1, which was a bit heavy for her, but overall good. Then we tried nan sensitive, which caused her diarrhea and stomach pain. So, we tried Frezylac gold 1, which caused her severe constipation, and then Frezylac platinum 1, which is goat milk and very expensive, but still caused constipation. To avoid changing milk again, our doctor gave us biogaia drops, which had no effect. So, we went back to nan 1 and she has been doing well for a week now, so we will probably stick with it.
Terrible milk, we continued using it only because it was available at the hospital and it made our baby's life difficult. The milk is hard to digest for the child, it caused severe gas in the stomach, abdominal pain, irritability, and unfortunately many hours of sleeplessness. We tried NAN Optipro 1 HA where things improved slightly, but it had a bad smell and was green. We changed the milk and found our health as the child's behavior changed and they are more cheerful.
Terrible, it caused gas and stomach pains in both of my daughters... we used it in combination with nan sensitive (expensive purchase) for the baby and it was fine. When we gave her only this from the first bottle, she cried inconsolably
After the second week of use, the little one was struggling to have a bowel movement for up to 3 days and when she did, they were hard! It was a real struggle! Absolutely terrible!! We immediately switched to Almiron, and she started having regular and soft bowel movements right away!! Almiron is a lifesaver

NAN, I gave it to both of my children and they eat it normally. We didn't have any issues.
The best we have ever tried. No issues with colic or constipation. I highly recommend it!

It is good, the little one drinks it
While it seemed enjoyable to drink, at night it would wake me up with gas and stomachaches.
In the 2nd week, the child had a terrible problem with constipation.
So far, it is good although I can only judge it when combined with NAN comfort.
