It is indeed difficult for anyone to swallow. Bad taste. Basically, at first the taste is okay like raspberries, etc. but with an aftertaste of bitterness. The collagen is not properly covered.
In case of a torn meniscus, this was by far the most effective because it has the highest concentration of beneficial ingredients regardless of the taste you will get. Only in powder form, not in pills. You can see the difference one hour after taking it. It helps a lot until the completion of physical therapy and strengthening with weights naturally.
The ingredients are incredible!!! I have not found another product with so many good ingredients at this price. However, it dissolves difficultly and has a terrible smell. The taste is so-so. All of these are just personal opinions. I take 1/3 of the dose because I do maintenance (I am careful to have). I do not have any issues so I cannot express an opinion on whether it helps or not.
Very good product with ingredients that you can't find in any other at this price. I saw immediate results in a serious problem with tendinitis in shoulders, thumbs, and legs... Within 15 days, 90% improvement, after 3 boxes I took a break for 2-3 months and started again... Unfortunately, I can't find the apricot flavor, but the tropical fruit is not bad, it's drinkable. It doesn't dissolve easily in cold water, but it's secondary. Don't remove the sachet from inside for moisture absorption. It will be destroyed.
The product gave me results in less than 2 weeks. I use it from preoperative to postoperative (recovery of internal connection), to relieve pain from strain and moisture. I consider it to be the most comprehensive product on the market, as it contains all the ingredients that help in the regeneration of cartilage. I received it with the consent of my physiotherapist. I also attached the remaining ingredients that are not listed in the description. As for the taste, I consistently choose Black Currant and find it satisfactory and very sweet, it is purely a subjective matter, as I also like beets.
