The Hyundai chainsaw operates on a battery, does not produce exhaust fumes, and allows you to move freely as it is not dependent on cables and sockets. The working duration depends on the battery and its charge level. With a weight of 1.1 kg and a bar length of 15 cm, it is ideal for tree pruning and wood carving.
Easy to use
The pruning chainsaw operates with a battery, free from cables giving you complete freedom of movement and a chain lubrication tank with a bulb. Weighing 1.5 kg, it is an ideal tool for any job and for amateur use.

Attention, not tight chain, strains the motor and consumes the battery faster. Otherwise, great value for money. After 25 years of using a gasoline-powered one, I am considering getting rid of it. For more intense use, buyers should get an extra battery, which costs 18 euros. With three batteries, you can do a good job in the field. In the market, there are 21v 4 amber batteries (from ingsul angle grinder) that fit perfectly, charge with the same charger, and last almost the whole day!!! (Price is 25 euros.)
DO NOT buy it at all, it's better to spend an extra 50 and get a better one with an oil container. This particular model ate up my points, the cap sits loose and the chain came off along the way. The protective cover broke and we barely saved our finger in the nick of time.
Easy to use and quite efficient. I pruned mainly small branches but also on small trunks it did a great job. As the friend below says, stretch the chain with the screwdriver included in the package because under pressure it comes off quite easily.
Excellent use for branches up to 10cm. Be careful to stretch the chain with the tools provided in the case before use. It cuts very well. If used with breaks to avoid strain, it will be trouble-free. It lasts quite a while, it didn't turn off on me
WARNING - WARNING says the motor is 21 volts but it is 18!!!!!!!!!! so it burns out! unacceptable from the company don't let them charge for replacement! essentially, it has no warranty. I bought it 10/23 and used it 2 times for some twigs, I didn't even finish the battery. the third time I used it 7/24 it ran out of motor. it stopped, I took it to the store where I bought it, they sent it to Thessaloniki for 10 euros shipping and it came back with a new motor saying it cost 35 euros. note that I bought it for 70 euros and now it costs about 54 and they want an additional 35 euros within the warranty, meaning it comes to 115 euros..... essentially with no use at all.... of course, it jams and the safety doesn't stop when you leave it, if it didn't get a hit it wouldn't stop, it just kept spinning.... as long as it worked, it worked well, but as soon as I "strained" it, they say, it stopped, that was it, I read about 200 roots, 2 little trees, a laurel and its twigs, and a medlar, I tried and that's where it stayed. this "bad use" story has ruined us with all the machines.... I wouldn't recommend it. not even one star! ha! it came into my hands. unacceptable in everything, everyone. they gave me a little chainsaw that is not mine (mine had no scratches and was spotless and I had also given the charger and the 2 batteries to see where the problem is). so to know, when you give something to any service, write your name on it because you don't know whose tool will eventually come back to you. and additionally, they told me from the service of the bazaka that the motor is 21 volts, but the motor they returned to me as broken (of course due to my bad use) says 18 volts???????????? STAY AWAY! scoundrels and liars
The chain requires frequent lubrication. One of the tensioner adjustment screws came off and we were struggling to find replacements. Overall, not very satisfied.
Very powerful machine, I didn't expect it. It cuts quickly and effortlessly everything from branches to small tree trunks. I will come back if durability and chain issues arise. For now, satisfied.
Good and practical because it has two batteries, generally does the job. The only negative thing that may have happened to me is that it has an issue with the trigger, it sometimes gets stuck and doesn't have good feedback. For its price, it is good
Replaced another cheap no name saw that couldn't handle even a branch (not talking about trunk!). The Hyundai is excellent for its price, it has already... successfully cut many branches (blackberries, pines, olive trees, almond trees). The battery is fine, and the construction looks well-made. It is the version with the 10-inch blade...
For HCS 21350 VB
Much better than I expected
I also bought the extension and it became a pole saw
It cuts wood with great ease, it doesn't overheat, and with the 2 batteries, you can get a lot of work done
The only negative thing might be that the charger takes a while to fully charge the batteries, the batteries don't have a level indicator, and the handle of the saw is white and gets dirty (this is only for those who are compulsive about cleanliness)
Now, whether it will last will be seen in the future.
I consider it a very good purchase.
I hear some people saying that the battery drained so quickly for me. I charged the battery and went to cut a branch, but it left me halfway through. Honestly, how long should the battery be charged? Does anyone know?
I have been using it for almost a month.
First of all, it is an auxiliary tool. It does not replace chainsaws.
It is powerful and cuts wood easily, even up to 10 cm in diameter. The accompanying battery has sufficient duration. As an auxiliary tool, it is more than enough for a day's work.
It requires some attention during use, especially with thin branches because it tends to "jump" if we do not place the branch in contact with the body of the tool (at the base of the chain), but in the middle. I believe that the type of chain used is to blame for this, or perhaps its low speed (compared to chainsaws).
The manufacturer does not mention that the chain needs oiling, but it is good to lubricate it after a few cuts with a small oiler. (Oil has never harmed machines!!!).
In conclusion, it is a very good auxiliary tool - excellent for its price.
It lasted for a year....then it broke!!!! It's a monkey, it's not a real HYUNDAI (its labels are stickers that eventually come off). It heats up and sticks very easily
They gave it to us as a gift and I laughed with it. I have a Stihl gasoline chainsaw for the thick branches and I consider it as its assistant. It seems like a toy. I took it to the field with the olive trees (200 roots) and I had to prune and clean the branches. Very good company throughout the work and it helped me reduce the volume before clearing. The 2 batteries need to be used economically as they would run out after 4-5 hours of work in the field (Obviously, I'm not talking about continuous operation, but periodically along with digging-clearing-cleaning). It is worth 100% of its money
The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because the small branches make your hands ache (obviously, that's the chain's step), with two batteries you barely manage to do some cutting, but for its price it's worth it... I had a Chinese one that couldn't even do half the job, not to mention it destroys 10-point trunks. Be careful with the batteries, they don't last for months without any charge, even if you don't use it
We got it for my mom because it is clearly easier to cut branches and anything she wants with it, rather than by hand or with the pruning shears. Everything is good!
Quite a good purchase, it cuts well, but it only gets stuck when cutting small branches towards the edge of the blade. Many times it stops while cutting, as if it's jammed, and you have to remove it from the groove to start again. With the two batteries, it barely lasts an hour (not continuous) of cutting. The plastic cover of the gear is of average quality and construction, it might break at some point and I don't know what that would mean for its functionality.
It was perfect until it suddenly stopped working on the second day. I contacted the company I bought it from and I will send it back tomorrow. I will update you soon.
I was afraid of it but in the end it proved me wrong. Especially for home use, it is amazing but also for jobs in the field it does the job perfectly with a second battery.
Awesome tool, it has solved my hands in garden care. It cuts wood very comfortably up to 5-6 centimeters width. Very easy to maintain (oiling before each use, cleaning and tightening the chain, etc). During use, the chain may loosen a bit, where to tighten it, simply screw a screw indicated by the manufacturer and it is ready for use again.
It cuts exceptionally well and even the dry branches. I bought it with the 20cm blade so that I can oil more easily. The buttons, as I read in other reviews, are plastic but they didn't bother me at all.
Minus one star because the charger in the package doesn't cover me in terms of charging time... it's slow. Which means that if you want to do work (and not just 5-10 trees), you will definitely need to invest in a battery and a fast charger.
It stops working at around 30 seconds and you have to wait almost half an hour for it to cool down in order to continue your work. At some point, after 10 cuts, the motor burned out and it doesn't work anymore. I would not recommend it.
Definitely only for amateur use. I easily cut a soft log of 10 to 15 inches. The chain got stuck a bit, but I probably didn't tighten the screw well. The battery lasted much longer than I expected. The chain doesn't stop as soon as you release the button. 10 cm blade. For a field, get one with oiling and chain tensioning without tools. After three uses, the teeth of the chain have worn out. It's perfect for a garden
Guys, I got it through Skroutz and it's excellent. I actually got it for my brother who is a professional farmer and he wants it to prune olive trees. He is very satisfied, it cuts very well and the battery lasts depending on the cutting frequency, around 15-20 minutes. The only problem he had was that one of the two batteries, after about 7-8 charges, maybe even more, stopped charging, probably short-circuited. I sent it back to Skroutz and after contacting them and a few days, they sent another one. Perfect service, I highly recommend it. After a few months, I found it €20 cheaper at €100 and bought another one. Don't even think about it, get it blindly.
Very good, with 2 batteries you can clear a field of olives for the branches of course. The only disadvantage is that the box does not fit with the blade on top
