Long story short:
I am a chef and I deal a lot with kitchenware and gadgets. Ninja is well-known abroad and offers sophisticated solutions close to Breville, in its own way and in a more economical version. This particular product comes in 2 versions, XL and small. Initially, I got the large Ninja XL from Germany for €330. Although it had good features, the noise from the fan and the easily soiled interior walls were disappointing. Fortunately, I managed to return it and get my money back. I eventually got the small one from Greece for €200.

Speed: With the halogen bulbs it heats up in seconds, saving you endless waiting time. It's the top selling point for me!
Capacity: Two shelf positions, only one is used depending on what you need. Suitable for 2 servings, but the small capacity loses heat quickly if you open the door and don't close it very quickly.
Temperature: Reliable, with a deviation sometimes of 5°C. Acceptable for an oven.
Noise: The fan noise is high-frequency and somewhat annoying.
Airfry: Average, does not replace the air fryer due to the small fan.
Bake/Roast: Good, but you need to be careful when opening the door to avoid losing heat.
Grill: Very good, provides even coloring.
Keep warm: Does what it promises.
Dehydrate: Ideal for small quantities. Starts from 40°C. The XL started from 35°C.
Toast/Broil: Excellent, gives color to the bread quickly and with a gradient of how dark you want it.
Cleaning: Difficult, requires attention. The walls can be cleaned with a cloth and warm water, but some grease splatters do not come off easily and stick around. It's essential to place a Teflon sheet underneath to avoid soiling the crumb tray.

In conclusion, I am satisfied with the purchase as it meets my needs. For someone who doesn't engage as much, there are more economical options. Ninja could have better build quality, but with American standards, it is an economical choice.

High quality construction and very useful for many tasks. It is slightly larger than I thought.
