Nice design, small and elegant, with decent plastic quality but that's about it. It is very weak for its price (I bought it for about 16 euros). On the first setting, it does nothing, on the second, there's a slight breeze, and on the third, something happens, but in August, even the third setting won't cool me down unless I hold it very close to my face. I have tried a fan with the classic round shape for 10 euros and it had much more power and range than this one. The only downside was that it had a shorter battery life, but that's not a major issue. Also, this specific fan makes a very annoying and loud noise, it feels like a tornado, hahaha. Unfortunately, sometimes you don't get what you pay for...
