1.5 years now and it's fine. I removed one star because the extra accessories are not stored inside the vacuum cleaner but you have to remember where you put them and if you need them while cleaning, you have to go find them and put them on, etc. It takes a very large bag. 1.5 years now and I have changed the bag three times. I bought genuine ones due to a bad experience (with another vacuum cleaner) with imitations. It also has an indicator of when the bag is full and needs to be changed.
