The latest installment in the Pokémon™ series, Pokémon Scarlet games, is coming to the Nintendo Switch system. As the main character, you can explore an open world at your own pace and encounter the legendary Pokémon Miraidon. In this game, you can enjoy the iconic adventures of the Pokémon series, such as battling wild Pokémon and trying to catch them! Choose Sprigatito, the Grass Cat Pokémon, Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon, or Quaxly, the Duckling Pokémon, to be your first partner Pokémon before you embark on your journey in this new region.

Coming from the anime, I decided to get Pokémon Scarlet on the Nintendo Switch. The combat system of the game reminds me of old RPGs (Final Fantasy) and it is also open world, which means you can go wherever you want and spend endless hours searching for Pokémon. The story is that you are a student enrolled in the Naranja Academy, which is a school with Pokémon (I don't know how the story unfolds yet because I started the game a few days ago). Rumors say that this game has many bugs and issues, but I haven't encountered any so far and I hope I never do in this game. Overall, Pokémon Scarlet is a game that all fans of the game series or the anime should try out.
Happy gaming!
My friend and I got the Violet and Scarlet, respectively, and the adventure is excellent, an open world to go wherever you want, and we constantly play together online.
I have taken everything from this particular game and all I have to say is that it truly is an epic game in terms of story, Pokédex, and duration, but the numerous bugs it has make it fall short of being a beautiful game, no matter how much of a fan you are. At this price, I recommend it blindly, it will keep you entertained for a while, but at its initial price, I believe you should have a little patience until a worthy update comes out, which will make even the slightly more demanding gamer not regret the money they spent!
I read the comments of others and I really don't know if we are talking about the same game. Obviously, most of those who bought it and criticize it are kids who have grown up with next-gen consoles and haven't held a game boy or gamecube in their hands to experience the "charm". Because talking about fps in a pokemon game is ridiculous. As if they play call of duty on the ps5. That's not the philosophy of Nintendo. Yes, it has some bugs, but they won't bother you at all. The graphics are not 4k, but you can play decently and those who don't like it shouldn't have bought it since the capabilities of the switch are more or less known. I highly recommend it, especially for fans of the series, as you will love it since it is essentially the first open world pokemon game in the main series.
Bad performance, but the good gameplay overshadows it, the gimmick is very good in terms of PvP but the design is awful. It's a shame that it doesn't have all the Pokemon like the rest of the recent years, rushed game that seems half-finished and soon enough there will be a DLC release as we have seen before.
Nice little game. It has issues with lags and generally with in-game things, but overall everything is fine and its community is wonderful. I really like it a lot
Even though I thought that playing Scarlet would make me nostalgic for Legends, I admit that I had a great time. The technical issues are numerous for a core title, however, the world, the story, and the creatures kept me engaged, creating one of the best Pokedexes in the series, in my opinion. The Terra Raids provide a serious challenge for the first time in the game, although communication between players is problematic. After Sun/Moon and Legends, Scarlet/Violet once again emphasizes the importance of the story, something that had been somewhat neglected since the 4th generation. Somewhere between Legends and Sword/Shield, the game stands as a rushed attempt for a title that under different circumstances could have excelled.
I believe that after Arceus, there should have been steps forward as a game in certain aspects... Nevertheless, as a Pokémon generation born, I have found positive elements that make the game more interesting
It is a very nice game, which has a lot of quests/missions to do and countless pokemon (~400). Despite the intense complaining from many users about the bugs, the game remains entertaining. I believe that with the upcoming patches in the next months, its performance is expected to improve significantly. Overall, it is worth buying.
Very bad game and I thought Legends: Arceus killed the franchise. The first generation came back with bugs and glitches. It runs slower than the DS Pokemon games that ran at 30 fps and we were all complaining, and this barely reaches 10. Shameful! Never again something that gamefreak develops on its own. Also, it's open world only in name. There is no level scaling except in battles with Pneumonia. Everything follows a certain order that essentially doesn't allow freedom, it's linear = it's not open world.
The quality of the graphics and gameplay mechanics could be better, but overall it is a good game
Nice game quite big that will keep you for many hours the graphics were good personally because I have heard from many it doesn't crash the game I have played close to 80 hours and it works perfectly for me much better than sword and shield because the whole game is open world.
Well, I've been playing for a few hours and my opinion is that they took a step forward with the open map, but in terms of battles and graphics, they took many steps back. And yes, the game is not ready for release, it needs a lot more work in terms of code, and I don't think they will bother now that it's been released... I will come back once I finish it for a more detailed review
I bought the Pokemon Scarlet.
The game's story is very nice and worth finishing.
I give it 4 stars because the game has few bugs and the graphics are not as good as they could have been in 2022

If it cost 30 to 40 euros, it would be worth much more.
Unbelievable game, nothing like the previous one that I didn't like at all. It's worth the money.
Awesome title, worth every euro as it is the most revolutionary Pokemon to date.
Similar to Arceus with a more complete map!
