I have been using it for many years. I have primarily oily skin, but depending on the condition of my skin, I use the moisturizer immediately after and avoid the feeling of dryness it may leave.

I used it together with the Clinique acne soap, the bar soap. After many months of constantly getting one pimple after another only on one cheek, the infection subsided and for the past month, no new ones have appeared. Only the redness remains. It tightens the skin, dries it out, but leaves no trace of the product. It's like a mild alcohol. Combine it with the soap that leaves the skin cool and moist. But thoroughly clean. I wash my face in the morning and evening with soap and lotion as a cleanser in the afternoon. It's important not to leave makeup or sunscreen on the face after noon.

I bought it because of acne from the masks. In combination with the foam soap and the gel, I saw results very quickly. I wash my face morning and night and when I come back from work. Now I am buying it again for occasional use. It is strong, it smells like alcohol.

It is the only lotion that I buy again and again! The best for oily and acne-prone skin. It is not a makeup remover lotion that I read in other comments and of course not for the eyes!!! ????‍ With gentle movements after cleansing the face, you apply the lotion and of course the moisturizer will follow. It is a powerful lotion. Let's buy products specifically for our needs if we want to see results.

It smells of alcohol from afar. It is not suitable for the entire face because it will dry it out and irritate it. It does something for local pimples, but it is not the best.

I was very skeptical because I read that it contains alcohol, but in combination with the cream from the same line, I saw a great change in my face. It was the only one that I saw a difference.

It is part of the Clinique series for acne-prone skin and this series saved me. I recommend looking for travel-sized packaging of the entire series (I think it's about €18 for all three products) for testing, because it contains alcohol that can irritate sensitive skin. For me, however, it worked perfectly and I am repurchasing all three products!

Sorry Clinique, but it didn't work for me. This lotion dries out the skin too much to the point where you need help from a strong moisturizer, and it's not suitable for sensitive skin because it removes all the natural oils from the skin that act as a protective barrier against microorganisms and infections. It does a slight exfoliation, but it doesn't smell nice at all. It feels like applying pure alcohol, that's the sensation it leaves you with. I didn't finish the product, maybe I'll give it away somewhere because Clinique is an expensive brand, but if you have sensitive skin, don't choose it. If you have it and don't want to throw it away because it dries out your skin too much, use it locally only on a pimple with a cotton pad, or on the T-zone if you have very oily skin. I wouldn't buy it again. One positive thing it has is that it minimizes pores, but it doesn't concern me because I don't have a big problem and since it dries out, I prefer something more gentle with my skin.
