The rich, absorbent Fresh Foam of the latest generation and the highly breathable upper make the New Balance Fresh Foam Evoz ideal for daily training.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I am 100 kilograms. Previous shoes, Mizuno Ronin 3/Inspire 11/Revolt 1, Asics Cumulus, New Balance Fuel Cell Propel V2, New Balance 57x series of the 50s. They all worked as expected for my weight, the worst were the New Balance.
For this particular one, the words "Fresh" and "Foam" are ignored. The shoes are completely "dry", with nonexistent cushioning. The foam does not compress despite my 100 kilograms and it feels like I'm running on planks. The design choice on the sole is unfortunate as it feels like running on uneven ground and resembles a trail shoe. In terms of fit, it is "okay" in length but considerably narrower in width compared to other New Balance shoes, especially from the midfoot to the front.
I do not recommend them under any circumstances for running. They are borderline suitable for walking or any gym activities. Also, they are not worth the initial price of 100 Euros in any case. I bought them for 58 and they are barely better than generic New Balance shoes of the 50s.
Overall, another disappointment from this specific brand. The Fresh Foam 1080 or Lerato may be good, but for this price, I will prefer Mizuno/Asics.
