Did you find this review helpful?Nice washing sensation, but it lasts for a very short period of time. In one week, with 4 washes per day, it was finished. Considering the cost and the fact that it is just saline water, in my opinion, it should last longer. In the future, I would prefer to do the simple and classic method: Normal saline solution from the pharmacy and using a syringe (without the needle) for the washes, which works just fine.
Also, by cutting the top part to separate the pressure mechanism and throwing away at least the bottom part for recycling, I noticed a black material like rubber-band around the internal mechanism that doesn't seem very suitable for contact with the water that then goes into the nose. It gave me an unpleasant feeling when I saw it and it ruined the "image" of the clean saline rinse for the nose.
Lastly, it helped me with the washes I did due to rhinopharyngitis only during the first week. I bought a second one to continue for the second week, but instead of feeling that it rinses my nose, I feel that it irritates it and then congestion and mainly a runny nose that lasts for hours occur. It's like I'm congested, even though I didn't have such symptoms at all.

But at least for me, Physiomer helps me avoid using Otrivin frequently and prevents me from reaching a point where my nose is so blocked that I can't sleep at night. In the two years that I have discovered it, I use it promptly as soon as I notice congestion starting, and it does the job, especially during the winter when it is essential if you have nasal issues. Of course, other medications have immediate effects, but the more I use Otrivin, the more I need it, and after a few days, it only unclogs with Otrivin. The price with Physiomer is a matter if you use it regularly, so stay away from pharmacies that sell it at high prices. Now I order ten or twelve and they deliver them to my house for 6-6.5 per piece, which doesn't seem tragic compared to the often over 10 that pharmacies charge. Some people say they do nasal rinses themselves with tubes, but it sounds time-consuming and messy. Maybe at some point in the future, I will try that method, but for now, Physiomer works for me. One downside of Physiomer is that sometimes the nozzle doesn't fit well at first and often comes off until the bottle is finished and it can fall down.
