The quantity with daily use of 2-3 washes lasts about 1 week, which is really little when a cold lasts longer. I don't know if I would buy it again. Generally, I consider the normal saline solution to be much better and its large packaging lasts about 3 weeks to 1 month in duration.

2023-03-08Expert userI bought it as we were two people at home with a heavy cold (possibly even sinusitis, I don't know). It literally saved us. We did 4 sprays throughout the day, 2 in each nostril with the head tilted at a 45-90 degree angle to ensure that the solution reaches where it should.
It's almost finished, of course, so we will need to buy it again. You will definitely find it more expensive in pharmacies, 1-2 euros more than the price on Skroutz, to tell the truth.
However, it's worth it because you can breathe through your nose and if you need to leave the house, it's a one-way street before you leave and after you come back!

It has nothing to do with any other product I have purchased, nor with the ordinary terms that many mention, which are almost plain water. Here we are talking about Sea water that makes a reality of what our fathers told us "take many baths in the summer to avoid getting sick in the winter"! It is perfect especially for prevention, where at the end of the day, whatever the nasal system has collected, you clean it before it passes into the body. You can feel the sea water passing through and cleansing/burning with the salt every possible chance of infection. If you already have a runny nose or congestion, it will definitely significantly improve the symptoms and reduce the healing time.
Unfortunately, it is quite expensive, the quantity is quite small ***[and the worst part is that the spraying system it has is terrible. Especially in the first 3-4 uses and in many of the last ones, it constantly gets stuck, continuously releasing liquid, resulting in it bothering you, making you wet, and wasting a large amount for nothing!]***
***EDIT 03/2023: After 5-6 years of use, I finally managed to understand how the spraying system works! Instead of pressing the entire head downwards and getting it stuck, it requires a light press (pull) on only one side, at the edge like a finger goes in, and by making this diagonal movement, the head sprays the liquid very accurately! Trouble from a young child with allergies in the spring (mainly olive-pine and then wild grasses cut-dust-pollen, etc.)
