    Just received this today and I love it.
    Negative:
    -small container (needs to be refilled at least once per room)
    -the handle can easily break and does not tolerate rough handling
    -This is only for floor cleaning (no equipment for window cleaning, etc.).

    Positive:
    +heats up quickly
    +effective. My tiles have never been so clean
    +2 pads included. You can buy additional pads cheaply from any store. I even use the thin ones for swiffer, which works fine.
    +user-friendly
    +long cord

    Do not use anything else in the water tank except water! (distilled water is recommended)

    I added a few drops of scented oil directly to the cloth and the whole apartment smells amazing.
