The child is 7 months old and weighs within the normal range according to growth charts. We bought size 12-24, but it is still very tight around the legs to the point that it cannot be worn. Unfortunately, it cannot be returned without understanding why, considering that the return would have been made the next day.

Did you find this review helpful?I bought the 6-12 months size for my 8.5-month-old baby and the bottom part has tight elastic bands that don't let the legs pass through. The baby is thin and yet we can't use it. And it's not returnable! The hat is okay in size.
