Personally, I highly recommend it. Like with other vitamins, I can't say for sure if each vitamin it contains does its job, but I see a overall difference since I easily get dizzy -due to my nature- and during the periods I take one daily (I consider taking the recommended 2 as excessive, but it's a personal estimation) I notice a noticeable difference in this.
