I have had these headphones for a year. Around the three-month mark, the left earphone lost about 20% of its sound. Then the sound started to deteriorate while I was listening to music, but when I took them out of Bluetooth and put them back in, they would fix themselves. And after nine months, they don't charge fully and last significantly fewer hours compared to the beginning. Nevertheless, they have good bass with clear sound, at least for the beginning when I had them, but with the extra issue that they do not have good sound isolation.
The headphones are very good. I first got them in November 2022 and they lasted me about 2 months until I started hearing muffled sound instead of music. Now I have new ones and they are great, they charge quickly, and the sound is very good
24/3/2024 Edit: Just today a plastic piece came off from the left earbud. I don't know exactly how it happened but now it's essentially destroyed
I have been using them for a year now and I have no complaints whatsoever, perfect sound quality and their battery is incredible. I am very satisfied.
Overall, a very good headset in terms of sound quality, bass, etc. However, the call quality is poor and the person you are talking to can hardly hear you when you wear them and speak
They broke from the first month, the plastic of the headphones came off, they don't hear me and make a strange sound, and the battery dies before I even get to use them. Money wasted
I have them since last year and today (just as Black Friday started) the right earphone stopped working, it has no sound and does not charge
I could give the maximum rating. But I had a problem with the Samsung smart TV that I connect sometimes. a) When adjusting the volume, the numeric level disappears and I don't know, for example, if the volume is at 10 or 12, and mainly b) after disconnecting, I can't adjust the sound from the TV speaker and to restore the program, I had to do a simple reset of the sound settings, or even restart the TV from the power outlet and perform a complete reset!
I have had them for less than a year and the right earphone has lost its volume (while my phone is at 100%, the left one is fine but the right one is like it's at 50%). Furthermore, I have connection and sound quality issues. If I have to spend so much money for them to last less than a year, I think I can find something better.
The headphones stopped charging after 5 months, I sent them for warranty and now I am waiting, JBL is unacceptable
I have had them for about a year now. Their battery is quite durable. I charge them once or twice a week for everyday use.
It's very positive that at some point they fell into water, but with good drying, half a week later they charged and I use them normally again.
They are comfortable only if you have used other headphones from the same company, because at first their application is annoying - it hurts a little.
The sound quality is not the best, the wired headphones of urbanista had better bass.
The microphone does not always work well, sometimes they can't hear you loud enough on the call.
In conclusion, I found them expensive for their quality.
The sound, especially the bass, is not what I would expect from JBL headphones.
Also, for me, who has a Huawei P40Lite, the maximum volume of the sound is quite low (compared to another phone that I tried) and I can't hear satisfactorily. Maybe there is an issue of incompatibility...
The headphones are very good, although they don't have much bass. The sound is very clear. However, there is a delay in the sound and sometimes it's slightly behind where it should be. They are extremely comfortable to wear.
After some time, it becomes tiring and your ears hurt because they are big and hard... it's okay for music, but when you're on a call, you can't hear well and it's difficult for others to hear you... and I chose them because they are branded. What a waste of money :-(
The battery doesn't last as long as on the Plantronics I had. However, since I use one at a time (left or right), I don't have a problem. Additionally, you have the charging case, so you can charge them immediately.
2. It doesn't go into sleep mode when not in use, so it discharges overnight.
3. Overall, the sound is good.
4. There is no problem with accidentally making a phone call (by unintentionally pressing the button twice like with Plantronics)
For the money spent on them at 45€, they are definitely not worth it. Sometimes the sound cuts out for a few seconds, while other times they don't connect to the phone on their own. I also noticed that when there is no music playing, you hear a buzzing noise. A thousand times better are the Huawei ones that are under 30€ and are dogs no matter how many times they fall.
My wife always complained with cheap headphones that she couldn't be heard. Now I have calmed down and have no complaints.
They're not worth it. I returned them the next day. Much worse than the Huawei headphones for €30.
The headphones are mediocre to bad....
Their build quality is not good, especially for a JBL product (thin plastic that feels like it will break if you press it too hard).
The sound is clear without too much bass, which personally doesn't bother me but everyone has different tastes.
The battery life of the headphones lasts longer than what the company claims, but my case seems to run out of battery quickly.
During calls, I can hear and be heard very well except in situations with a lot of wind.
However, they have two huge problems.....
1) They have a significant delay in sound, especially when connected to computers.
2) Every time I connect them to my phone, after about half an hour, the sound cuts out from either the left or right earbud, and sometimes both for 10 seconds, then returns to normal. Other times, one earbud is a second behind the other (in music).
I regret spending 45 euros on these when I could have chosen something else.....
I added the 3 because after 3 months they stopped charging. I sent them for replacement and I'm waiting. As for the sound quality, it's really good and I have no problem talking to others.
Unfortunately, after 1 month they stopped charging as they have stated by other users. The store replaced them for me, but the second ones also stopped charging, also after about 1 month. It's as if they have an expiration date.
Excellent sound quality, easy connectivity with my iPhone which relieved me of any worries I had after reading reviews, long battery life, and a relatively comfortable fit. I purchased it for around €40 during a price drop around Christmas, and I still consider it a great purchase even at the current price of around €55.
At the gym where music is played from the speakers at relatively low levels, they do not isolate the external sound and do not have a strong volume or bass since they did not invest well in a 50 euro speaker
I would describe them as mediocre to bad.
I bought them for 60€ from a well-known company, tried them and they sounded like they were worth 20€. I was speechless, I could say that what they did for 20€, others do for triple the price.
In terms of noise, they are bad and not at all powerful.

The sound quality is very good, but the build material doesn't look good. Their big negative is that they don't fit in the ear and fall out constantly. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately, it is disappointing for this company as they do not have good sound quality at all and the bass is non-existent. For their money, I do not think they are worth it.
For JBL, I did not expect cheap construction, it does not fit properly in the ear, the volume is not strong enough, and the bass is almost non-existent. It is not worth the money
In the price range of 80 euros, it is perhaps one of the best at this price, especially now that it is at 45-50 euros. It is the best value for money, you cannot find headphones at such a price that are objectively so good. The sound is very good, with good bass and they last for 6 hours without charging. They are very comfortable in the ear, you don't even realize that they are there, but they do not have rubber in case someone has a strange ear and wants the headphone to fit inside.
