I bought this product because looking at its dimensions, 90*180 centimeters, I thought it was more economical compared to 60*90. I was greatly disappointed when I opened it and realized that not only was the cotton surface not as advertised, but it wasn't even 60*90. The rest is nylon, which can cover someone in case of sudden rain. And this happens because it seems that it is meant to cover an entire single bed, but I am not interested in that, as I wanted to buy a mattress protector, not an umbrella. I feel deceived and that's why I immediately sent a message to the company, I didn't expect them to respond - as they didn't - but even if they had responded, I believe that the world should be informed and not fall into their trap. From what I read in the reviews, people, like me, buy mattress protectors for pet use, which is why I consider the 8 euros I paid for a disposable one (57*87) for pets to be a rip-off. And their claims are lies. I was wondering why their products are constantly advertised as supposedly discounted - for years in all supermarkets - and now my question has been answered. I should add that although it is marginally absorbent (of course I change it immediately), it does not retain any odors.
While I love septona products (which is why I decided to try their underpads, thinking they would be excellent as well), this particular product is the worst underpad I have ever seen. I have purchased from 3 other companies, so I know what I'm talking about. Also, I don't understand the positive comments. We use them for our baby's changing table and there are several issues:
1. The material is terrible: it's paper on top of paper, so it tears at the slightest touch.
2. The lining is tragic: the lining has small lumps inside that feel like small sharp pebbles when the baby lies on them.
3. Once the baby lies on it and starts kicking its legs, it immediately falls apart. The lining dissolves and turns into tiny pieces, making it impossible for anyone to lie comfortably on it. I have thrown away 3 underpads like this.
I bought 3 packs and I can't wait for them to be finished so I can buy a different brand.
Overall, I love septona baby wipes, cotton pads, antiseptic wipes, hand soap, napkins, etc., but these underpads are the worst. So, it amazes me that they sell such a product
For the money they cost, they are quite satisfactory. They are not as absorbent as other well-known and much more expensive brands, but they do their job just fine. We use them on the baby's changing table because every time we change him, it becomes chaotic, so they are convenient for us.
We have been buying them for the last 5 years. Very satisfied, unfortunately until a week ago!! I need 7 packs per week, it's a lot of money for me. Unfortunately, the last ones are only made of nylon!! We will switch to another brand.
