It was the first time I bought this particular product. I chose it to cope with the exhausting daily schedule and workouts. I must admit that I noticed a difference in strength and endurance, I didn't feel the exhaustion I felt before, and overall it helped me psychologically and physically to increase the intensity and frequency of my workouts. The taste is okay, I easily dissolve it in juice and I don't even notice it. Given that the company is considered reliable, I would recommend it.
Today is the 3rd day.... Of course, I haven't seen any results yet... anyway, I will update on the 10th day and then on the 20th and so on.... Nevertheless, taste-wise, it's fine, it doesn't have a bad taste so you just swallow it without any problem.

The creatine is amazing. I take it along with protein for a week now and it has already given me a lot of volume and strength. The dosage I take is not 3.6 as it says, but on average 6 grams, as the normal dosage for my weight (81) is not enough for me. Just like with other creatines that have a dosage of 5 grams, I always take 10 to feel its effects. Every time I tried 5 grams, it was like I wasn't taking anything.
I started as a beginner in 2022 with this creatine. As soon as I finished it, I tried many other creatines from many other companies and I really never found better than this one and I returned. It is the only creatine that I saw results in my strength immediately and I never change again. The best.

Together with protein, I gained 1.5 kilos in volume within 35 days of hard daily training and strict diet! From 77.400 I am 79.100! From the dosage I take one scoop per day 3.6 grams as it is written above and not overload the first week it does not need more than 3.6 grams per day!
I have been using it for about 2 months now, before the workout I feel discomfort. But after the workout, whenever I took it, I didn't feel anything. Of course, this is personal, but since everyone shares their opinions, I decided to do the same.
As for whether it works, I can't lie, you can see the difference already in the first month, of course with optimum nutrition I saw a 5 - 10% more difference but okay.
I returned after 1 month of use with 3.4g / day.
It raised my CPK to 9,000, something that almost caused damage to my liver and kidneys.

I am new to taking supplements so I don't know how much it will help. I have been going to the gym and watching my diet for 2 months now. For the last month, I have been taking this specific creatine (5g) and I see the so-called swelling. Of course, I don't know how much the creatine or the gym or the diet helped. But I can say that it doesn't bother my stomach and it dissolves very easily.
So I've been using it for 5 days (I'm in the charging phase). At first, I was afraid to take creatine, I thought I would get bloated, I wouldn't be able to lose weight, etc. Initially, what I see so far is that it gives me energy in general, not just for workouts. I don't know if it's a placebo for now, but I know that for the past 2 months, I've been struggling to complete my sets with pre-workout and still felt exhausted. Also, I feel better with my body, like I've been rejuvenated. I will come back in a month!
I used this flavorless creatine along with protein in warm milk. Very good and dissolves relatively easily. However, I give it 4 stars for two reasons. Firstly, sometimes it would leave a bit of creatine residue when I mixed it in coffee instead of warm milk, and I would taste a bit of bitterness at the end (I didn't have this issue with milk or orange juice). Secondly, the price for the 300 grams I bought is slightly more expensive than other similar products (of course, I understand that Biotech is a well-known and good brand).
Edit: I should add that I saw good results and more improvement in my performance at the gym when I used this specific creatine.
From the experiments I have done, it combines better with yogurt or cream. It didn't make me bloated but it helped me recover after a workout, and I generally have more endurance when using it. It does its job.
It does what it promises. As for solubility, it doesn't dissolve very well or very poorly. In the loading phase, where the dosage is higher, it bothered me a little, but in a sufficient amount of water, you don't even notice it. Now, regarding the results you will see, they obviously vary from body to body, but in MY CASE, I saw some differences in terms of performance and I "gained" a little, being in a deficit. Creatine dissolves completely in water and is almost tasteless.
Very good in everything. It just has a bitterness and doesn't dissolve easily in water. In other, thicker beverages, you don't feel it at all. I will buy it again.
The solubility in water is moderate. You feel like you're drinking water with sand. Also, the taste is classically like flour, so it's better to drink it with protein. In terms of results, it does the job but at around 10-15% max, don't expect to see results as if you took some medication.
Classic creatine that I believe does its job like all the similar ones from the top shelf. In a 1+ month training, I gained visible volume of 1.5 kilograms. For my own standards, it is a good result!

I have been taking it for 37 days. I have seen improvement in my repetitions and also in my body. I take it with an orange-flavored vitamin C tablet and it dissolves easily. I would take it again, but maybe it should have been cheaper.
