USE

1. Wear the special disposable underwear from the feet to the pelvis, as you would wear regular underwear, with the adhesive side facing backward.
2. Secure it high towards the waist to achieve a good fit in the crotch. Smooth the gathers at the waist to fit the body.
3. When you want to change the underwear, tear the two side seams from the waist down. Open the underwear and remove it carefully.
4. As you remove it from your body, wrap it carefully and close it with the adhesive.
5. Dispose of responsibly in a bin.
