Well, as for the sound, it is powerful, the bass is as much as needed without losing any detail, the volume is excellent, the mids are good, although I would like more detail in the vocals, but that can be adjusted through the app. Also, I would like a bit more detail in the highs. I rate the sound at 8.7/10. The volume control is exceptional, with options of 16, 32, or 64 levels. You can change some controls, but not all. However, you have control over everything, including volume, moving forward and backward, answering calls, ANC, and transparency. It has an EQ to adjust as desired, with some pre-installed settings. The battery is on another level, it's a selling point. Now, ANC is rated at 7.5/10 and transparency at 7.5/10. In my opinion, the Galaxy Buds Pro have the best sound, slightly better ANC, but just a bit better. As for the application, it is more comfortable for me compared to the Galaxy Buds Pro. Sometimes, the GB Pro would fall out or move around in my ear, regardless of the tip used. Additionally, the Audio-Technica has better quality silicone tips and better passive noise isolation. Now, the case is of good quality but bulky. It will definitely take up space in your pocket, but I don't mind. I wanted long battery life and quality sound, ANC wasn't a priority for me. I use the transparency or "hear through" feature more, as Audio-Technica calls it, and it does a decent job. Not exceptional, but it works. Also, something I wanted was the multipoint connection, which they have and it works well. I don't think they have wireless charging. They also have 360 audio, but I haven't tried it. Now, about the store, K. Petropoulos, they are always fast and have their own delivery service, if I understood correctly. They are punctual in delivery times and their behavior is impeccable. I have bought RHA headphones from them before and they were delivered by their own staff, not a courier. No complaints.
