I took the vitamin for a few days (about 6-7) and I noticed that it affected my stomach (feeling of burning and intense hunger). It is a decent product, but a bit pricey. I have been using it for two years as an athlete mainly for preventive purposes. For those expecting to feel like Superman with the first bottle, forget it. Although, I do have an alternative to suggest for those looking for energy... a combination of maca and Suma root in the same smoothie, if you can handle their taste. For exams (nationwide), it doesn't help that much and overall I didn't see any significant difference from not taking it at all.... Whoever wants high performance in nationwide exams, vitamin C is the best thing for fatigue. I doubted it at first and regretted it!
