Unbelievable and amazing as I call it, the floor is always spotless, but the only thing that bothers me is that it leaves marks from the wheels (I have laminate). I don't know if this plays a role and it always happens when mopping.
I have had it for over a year now and I can confidently say that it is the best purchase I have ever made! It is worth every minute I spent on it!!! I use it once or twice a day to clean and sweep, and I always have a clean house! I have a small dog that leaves hair everywhere and it has no problem picking it up! Occasionally, of course, the vacuum needs a cleaning, but compared to the amount of time I have saved from cleaning the house, it is incomparable! You just have to be careful that it doesn't have slippers or any objects of similar height and weight when it is cleaning because it tends to move them around and sometimes gets stuck.
Everything is good, everything is nice, but it's not suitable for a shaggy carpet. If you have a plain regular carpet, everything is okay. If you have a shaggy carpet, then it will tire you a bit because it will lose its way, it will say that it's on a cliff, and generally it will have some issues. Apart from that, everything is great
Very good machine I would say, definitely worth its money for me only for the automatic emptying of the vacuum cleaner. Beyond that, I haven't encountered any particular problem. I have 2 large dogs inside the house and with automatic sweeping (you can set a program for when it cleans) once a day, the hairs have disappeared.
This is the third time it comes after service from the dealership and unfortunately the problems with it are countless. The quality is the worst and it is not justified for this money.

Back again... I'm really tired of this...
Overall, it is a very good vacuum cleaner, the main advantages being of course the emptying of the bin and the very good and user-friendly app.
The mopping is not very impressive, but I don't think there is anything on the market that mops really well.
In 12 months of use, it only "got stuck" once, resulting in just having to re-map the apartment.
It serves a 100sqm apartment very well!
For an electric robot vacuum, it is just what you need. In an 80-square-meter house, it goes everywhere, including balconies and showers. It goes over twice as an option and still has almost 50% battery left. It is just what you need, and from the first day, the house looks cleaner. The mopping is not good, the bin is very small, and it does not clean well. So, if the floor is spotless, it can help a little, but it lacks automatic water tank filling and automatic cleaning. But to have those, you need to pay at least double the price. So for the 400 euros that I bought it, it is very good in cleaning, automatic bin emptying, and navigation to go everywhere
Very useful device for a house, maybe up to about 60 square meters, it vacuums well, mops so-so, mapping only lost once in the six months I've had it, it just tends to get stuck in random spots of the house. It makes noise in the highest suction mode, but I usually have it vacuum while I'm out of the house. And even if it broke, I believe I would buy it again.
Well... after 6 MONTHS.....3 floors in total 500 2/m... it cleans EVERY day 1-2 floors ... perfect result.. and the maps easily, just need to transfer the Base. In terms of mopping, it's so-so, and it gave me a little issue after 4 months.... I overlook it ....... The only negative thing I see is that it can't clean the STAIRS :P :P :P.... that's why the 4 stars :P
Well. After about two months of use, I can say that I am very satisfied. I haven't tried it on carpets yet due to the season, but it glides on the floor. There is not a single hair left from our dog. We use it for sweeping and mopping every two days and the house is spotless.
As for carpets, the cleaning is decent. Nothing more, nothing less. It remains, of course, a very good purchase.
Literally worth its money... because at home there are animals and a dog and a cat, I stopped seeing fur
Update: After almost a year of daily use, it continues to not disappoint, with a few exceptions like sometimes struggling to find the charging base and wandering around the house until it finds it (even though the sensors are clean as I mentioned below) and other times, after finding the base, it goes in and out several times until it decides it's comfortable.
The Roidmi App could have been better overall, sometimes it shows the device as offline and I have to go through the binding process again.
Still, a good purchase.
Update 2: I replaced the Roidmi app with Xiaomi's Mi Home and everything is smooth as it should have been.

I've had it for about 2 months. It works almost every day with the x2 mode (going through every area of the house twice, both vertically and horizontally).
It does an excellent job and I am extremely satisfied. I have a large dog that sheds a lot of hair and now I can comfortably walk barefoot in the house.
The mopping feature, meh, I never use it because it doesn't do a very good job, plus manual mopping (with hands and a mop) in the house is not that time-consuming when it's already clean.
It needs occasional maintenance (cleaning the bottom part of the vacuum - brushes - main brush, etc., nothing difficult of course).
The bag in the main unit needs to be changed every month (for me, as I mentioned, I have a dog that leaves half of its weight in hair daily), but at the same time, you can empty the bag and reuse it a little longer (not very healthy).
Overall, I highly recommend it.
Sidenote: If you ever experience it trying to enter the charging base and constantly going in and out, clean the sensors on the front and bottom of the vacuum and everything will be fine.
The first 2 days it worked amazingly, I was thrilled. Then the problems started.
- It started losing the map and going wherever it wanted inside the house. However, it still passed and cleaned everywhere, so I said okay.
- A few days later, it started not emptying the bin automatically. It overcomes this and empties it again every now and then. Sometimes the station doesn't give the command to empty the bin, and sometimes it does, but it still empties it. Well, sometimes it does what you bought it for. -Next problem. It leaves the station, goes a meter and comes back saying that the cleaning is done.
-Many times it can't return to the station no matter what. It can wander for hours until the battery runs out or until I put it back in place. -Next problem. The app lags badly at least once every 10 days and doesn't fix no matter what we try. The only solution is uninstallation and reinstallation.
-And the worst of all. It gets stuck and doesn't clean certain areas completely. I have to give it a command to go back to a specific point after it finishes.
Otherwise, on the days it decides to work properly, it is very good.
For its price, so many problems are not justified! I have requested a refund. I will come back with an update.
The app has some issues regarding the use of spaces, hence the 4 stars. Apart from that, it is flawless.

I come from an upgrade from Xiaomi Mop Pro 2. Good cleaning of the space. It works every day because I have 2 cats. At the lowest level, the noise is at good levels. The only downside is the surface of the cloth for mopping, which is small, resulting in easy dirtiness and the need for a change halfway through the house (120sqm). However, it is very convenient as it does not need to be emptied every day.
It does what it promises. I haven't tried the "mopping" feature, but the main reason for purchasing it is for daily vacuuming due to a crawling baby. And it does that very well. Every day, this small bin fills up with dust and a few hairs from just two rooms. It activates daily at 4:30 to 5 in the morning on quiet mode, and by 6 it's ready for cleaning.
Owner of 3 days.. So I plugged in the vacuum cleaner's cable into the socket, downloaded the application. The router is 1 meter away from the vacuum cleaner, I don't know if it matters.. Through the application, the vacuum cleaner connected directly and I put it into operation.... Mapping works fine... At some point, I put it in the office where it hadn't been before, it cleaned a bit and I told it to go back to its base.. It took a while for it to find its way back because there hadn't been any mapping in the office yet, but it managed to go back.. So far, everything is good.. The house is 105 square meters without the toilet, WC, and it took 42 minutes to clean one room
It was purchased in June 22nd and until today, October 22nd, it works every 2 days and cleans a whole 90 sq.m. apartment with 1 dog and 3 cats. As it is obvious, the amount of hair that falls from the animals daily is not something anyone wants to constantly inhale. The house is on the ground floor with a garden, so the animals bring in dirt, etc. When you clean with a conventional vacuum cleaner, you almost never feel absolute cleanliness. ON THE CONTRARY, when this specific robot cleans, you can walk barefoot afterwards and you don't have any smell or hair on your feet. It does a real job. It's worth helping it by lifting stools or objects that it can't pass through. The mapping is very good and detailed, you can define exclusion zones, for example, it can enter the bathroom but not the shower area (to prevent the brushes from getting wet). It can also fit and pass under wall-mounted toilets, as well as radiators. Wherever it passes, there is no chance it won't clean. Its passes are 75% progressive, meaning it doesn't leave any gaps between passes. Mopping works, it gives a freshness, but don't expect too much, and it's logical that it can't mop-scrub the floor and remove stubborn stains. The main thing is that the house is thoroughly cleaned without any effort. We haven't had to change the bag in the bin yet, although I imagine it will be time soon. It requires minimal maintenance every now and then, to remove hair or debris that may clog its brushes, but it's a job that takes less than 5 minutes. The application is very good, it has everything I think it should have. You can start it to work even if you're not at home, stop it, freeze it, send it to charge and empty the bin. It also has the ability to store different maps, meaning you can tell it which floor it is on if the house has 2-3 floors and it will start as defined for that specific floor. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny. I highly recommend it. Perhaps one of the best things I have bought for the house in recent years.
Good for sweeping as long as it doesn't encounter anything bulky. For mopping, a little bit of water is enough wherever it goes.
