I just received it and started using it. Out of my two cats, the one who loves faucets started drinking non-stop. The other one looked puzzled and left. It operates with electricity, it doesn't stop on its own (you simply unplug it), unless the water runs out I suppose. The instructions are not helpful on how it will work, if you haven't used something similar before. Luckily, if you watch a video of a similar water dispenser, you understand it immediately.
Mediocre choice, it requires very frequent cleaning because it easily collects dirt, but opening and cleaning it takes a lot of time. When you put all its parts together, the water doesn't flow properly. At least that's what happened to me...
I have had it for about a month, I am very satisfied. It is quiet and easy to set up. It is just important to use the filters and change them in time.
Very good! My cats prefer it without any of the attachments! It makes quite a bit of noise, especially at night!
My cats drink constantly, it took them 1-2 weeks to get used to it at first and now they only drink from there. I'm thinking of getting one for the strays to put on the balcony
It is not externally as it appears in the photo and on the second day the motor broke. I will send it to the company to see if they will repair it and I will get back to you.
It arrived broken at the edge, resulting in it not fitting well, and after the first month of use (with proper maintenance), the motor that pumps out the water started having issues
It lasted about 4-5 months and then the pump burned out. While it worked, it was my cat's favorite. It makes a bit more noise, I would turn it off at night because it kept buzzing.
Tested. For the money, very honest. If you have a cat that eats wires, it won't live for long though.
I got two. The mechanism is completely silent, it doesn't scare the kitties and they adapted immediately. I think they are drinking more water in general now, which I wanted to help a bit with the kidneys of my elderly kitty. The only drawback is that I think it said it contains three filters in the package while I only found two in each box.
It is worth 100% of its price, it comes with filters (1 or 2) the pump does not last more than a year but from my experience with other fountains from pet shops they didn't last even 3 months. Get replacement pumps or do the same every year or so.
Generally, it helped a lot for the cat to drink more water (I used it without the fountain, just to keep the water moving because that’s how she preferred it) but it stopped working within 3 months of purchase.
It's fine for its price. My cat shouldn't have taken a sip, ever, as I used it. She is picky and doesn't like changes. Now I use it to drink myself.... (no)
It's fine, it works without any problems. However, the cats don't pay the slightest attention to it, at least for now... :/
For the price, it's fine. It needs relatively frequent filter changes, which doesn't do a very good job, and the pump needs periodic cleaning, but overall I have no complaints.
My cats were drinking water from the pool and because it wasn't good for them, I did some research and found out that cats operate with their senses. That means if they hear water, they want to go and drink more. With the fountain, they don't stop drinking water and they stopped drinking from the pool. It sounds slightly like a small pond. I clean it with vinegar every two days so it doesn't have any salt. It only makes noise if you haven't put enough water in it so that it comes out of the fountain. Easy installation. Also, I get the filters for it from SHEIN. I tried it to see if they would drink water and I will switch to a metal one because plastic is not the best material. However, for its price, it is excellent
Quite good for its price and the little cat got used to it quickly while also seeing it as a game.
Very good and convenient
Fantastic cat fountain for my cats who only drink from there. The motor is good and economical, it makes a little noise but nothing excessive.
Useful, but didn't last very long. The motor got filled with some kind of gunk. So... It only lasted 1.5 months.
The product was purchased at the beginning of August '23, it didn't even last a year and just after 10 months, one day the motor stopped working.
For a temporary solution for a short period of time it's ok
It is durable and requires regular cleaning
For long-term use I would get a metal whole device
Amazing value for money! I have had it for almost 4 months and it works great. You will need a USB plug, as it only includes the cable. Also, inside you will find 2 filters. I bought an extra pack of filters.
If it didn't stop working after 2 months it would be very good,
On the other hand, for the price, you can't complain too much.
Our little cat is now drinking much more water than before! Also, the price is so low that you can renew the product!
Apart from the first day when my curious little cat played with it and maybe tried to drink water from it, I don't see him preferring it!!! Unfortunately, I bought it because of the reviews but I don't see it delivering on its promises!!!
I have had it for about 10 months already...the truth is that about a month ago it got clogged and didn't release any water at all...at first I thought it was broken and I was ready to throw it away...it just needed a good cleaning after all...so far it's great and the cat loves it!
Cats and dogs loved it... it's smaller than it looks. The cat played a little, the fountain is a bit low but maybe it's better because it doesn't splash (it has a very soft flow). However, it's a shame that it doesn't include the plug end (the plug?) it only has the USB cable which is not very long... for its price it's ok, you just need to buy a cheap adapter if you don't have an old one... you can't switch it with your phone. Also, it didn't have clear instructions inside, it didn't have the big paper I see in some photos but a small one that doesn't say anything substantial
My 3 cats enjoy drinking water.
The only downside is that it doesn't have replacement filters. It would be nice if there were some so that we don't have to buy a new one every time we need a new filter.
Both of my cats use it daily. At first, they were afraid of the attachments that created the crashing effect, but these are easily removed, so the problem was easily solved.
It does its job just fine! Relatively quiet, cats use it. You realize it needs filling when the motor starts making noise, which I consider a positive aspect.
It needs cleaning (ideally once a week) to avoid getting dirty. My little one learned it immediately, while the big cat of the house, being more cautious, needed some time to use it. I haven't put the white one with the textured paw print on top to make it easier for them to drink. It is very easy to assemble, but I would like it to have a longer cord.
