It does what it promises, connected to Samsung A55 in two cars with aux in and slow charging from the car lighter with usb

I do live streaming and I was looking for a device that would allow me to use a high-quality external microphone while charging my phone at the same time. I tried several cheap cables and devices without a DAC, and none of them were compatible with my phones, Samsung S21+ and Google Pixel 3XL. This device worked immediately with both of them!
I have connected the Boya BY-MM1 external microphone and it works perfectly. As soon as I connect the external microphone, it is automatically used for recording without any adjustments.
The connector is for mobile headphones and has 4 contacts. If you want to use it with a TRS microphone, you will need the appropriate cable. Most microphones include it in the package. Simultaneously, while using an external microphone, it also supports fast charging. The phone displays the message "Charging Rapidly."

Useless for the xiaomi redmi pad 10.61 that I bought it for. If you connect the charger, it simply disconnects the handsfree system. Even without the charger, it doesn't work with viber, the sound automatically goes back to the speakers. Wasted 20€, it claims to be suitable for calls as shown on the box. Stay away!!
