  They are comfortable and beautiful. Unfortunately, if you make the mistake of putting them in a plastic bag for two hours after coming back from the beach, they smell awful and the smell doesn't go away no matter what.   Just wore them, so I have no idea about durability and longevity. They are the most comfortable flip-flops/sandals I have ever worn, even though I was afraid because it is my first attempt to switch from classic Havaianas. I will come back if anything changes, but I highly recommend them. As for their size, I wear 43 1/3 in Adidas, I got the 43 and I have put a photo to show the fit.   Incredibly comfortable to wear (they don't exist), they don't slip, excellent build quality.
  I don't know about water and drying, etc. that others mention, but personally, I don't take these slippers to the beach, I feel sorry to mistreat them. I have them for outdoor work and generally for better occasions.
  I wear size 44 (they don't come off) and here the 44.5 fits me perfectly
