Description
The pan from Thermogatz is made of cast iron, a material that makes it ideal for slow cooking at a steady temperature. Cast iron pans heat up more slowly compared to other pans, but they maintain a stable temperature for a longer time, even if you lower the heat. Cast iron cookware should be hand washed with warm water and maintained with vegetable oils.
We recommend choosing this pan if you want to cook 2-3 servings of food. It would be preferable to use the pan on medium heat sources for better heat control during cooking.

For the money it asks, it is top-notch. Other pans of this quality cost 50 euros or more. It comes pre-seasoned, but I seasoned it three more times only on the inside. The process: I heated it on medium heat and then closed my eyes and applied avocado oil, spreading it all over the surface. I let it sit for 5 minutes and then wiped it off with a cloth very well. Once it cools down, I repeat the process a total of 3 times and it's good to go. Also, with time, it gets even better
