This primer has saved me. It is for the area of dark circles. Even though I am dehydrated in that area, I can say that it moisturizes it superbly. It allows me to continue the concealer process, resulting in a perfect and flawless finish. Every time I run out, I continue to repurchase it again and again.

Unfortunately, it did not work for me at all. It provides nice coverage, creates a smooth skin effect, and brightens the under-eye area. However, it creates a thin sticky film in the area, as if it tightens the area and makes it difficult for the muscles to contract. It caused dryness in my eyes and I felt them irritated and tired with a burning sensation. When I realized it and stopped using it, the normal moisture returned to my eyes. Imagine that I bought it from a pharmacy. Its composition probably includes substances that are not friendly to everyone, luckily it is not expensive and I'm not crying over my money.

Attention: This is not the classic eye primer. So if you are looking for something that keeps the eyeshadow in place, this is not the product you want. This is for under the concealer. It has hyaluronic acid to "fill in" the lines in the under eye area and prevent the concealer from "breaking". And it does what it claims, thankfully. Even if the area is very dry. Of course, the way they describe the product, it's understandable that people get confused.
