I considered the materials very cheap when I saw them (I bought the same series in a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster), but then I thought that it is eco-friendly construction, etc. Unfortunately, the kettle came defective, I thought it was a coincidence, okay. After 5 uses, the toaster broke, the wires inside got bent. I have had toasters for years and this has never happened before. So I assume that the whole series has a problem after all! So I definitely do not recommend it. Also, for perfectionists, it is not at all - look at the photo, the lid closes leaving an irregular gap!
