Anti-icing hood with 18gr/m2 and dimensions 1 x 1.60m. It can be reused. The fabric protects shrubs, trees, and sensitive plants from ice, hail, snow and strong winds. It increases the temperature and humidity under the cover, providing ideal conditions for plants to withstand the winter. It allows light, water, and air to pass through. It is resistant to UV rays.

How does it work?

The cells of the plant freeze when the perceived temperature drops below zero for a long time. This usually happens in conditions of intense evaporation of the moisture on the leaves. Such conditions prevail in the early morning hours when the sun comes into direct contact with the leaves or when there are strong winds.

The anti-icing fabric protects by allowing photosynthesis and proper respiration of the plants. It is made of hydrophobic material, which does not retain moisture, thus preventing the development of fungal diseases.
