2 days of operation and here we go.
Everything is fine with the dehumidifier in general,.... BUT when we say 39 db, we mean at least 40, brother, in a situation, .. e.g. on the 1st fan speed ... not 140.. The dehumidifier operates at 65 to 75 db at 1 to 1.5 meters. The noise is caused by the fan blade in any case, because that's how it's designed. The 39 db they state are not true in any case, and certainly not in sleep mode!!!!!! The only noise reduction is when the machine reaches the humidity percentage and goes into standby mode, where it still operates, but only the fan and at a very low speed, probably 39 db..... in laboratory measurements (even better for the sake of truth). To be fair, it is not audible in standby mode at all.
The power consumption is as stated, approximately 267-270 watts max. In standby mode, it is approximately 14-16 watts, and in ionizer and air purification mode, it is 34 watts.
Well-built, I would say, with very good materials, properly assembled, and with good plastics.
It does its job very well and collects water in a spacious tank that also has a handle for easy removal. The drainage hose is transparent so that you can see the water flowing, but it is rigid and difficult to extend even for a short period.
The control panel is complete, but with some stylistic imperfections, but basic ones, such as the labeling of basic words in the dehumidifier function so that you don't get confused... Also, the brightness of the panel is limited and has a night light like on mobile phones. It could definitely be brighter so that you don't strain your eyes.
The Wi-Fi connection instructions in the manual are all over the place (typical of Inventor...) with a lot of effort and a little luck, if you manage to connect, you will be able to control the dehumidifier with one hand.
For me, all of the above would be eliminated if the machine was at the 39 db they told us... even in sleep mode... but no.... We have another dehumidifier that claims to be 38 and it is 38.
That's why 4 stars minus. I hope I covered future buyers.
Day 2, the dehumidifier turned off by itself after 16 hours of operation, in manual mode, even though I followed the instructions to the letter... which are incomplete in many parts of the machine's manual, so it doesn't turn off.
I see it going downhill... if it continues like this. And one more thing, the noise is simply unbearable, it's even louder... it's not possible, unfortunately.
Day 3... shutdown after 20 hours of operation...
Every day I get 2 hours?.
I sent an email to customer service... waiting for a response.
Same thing again... the dehumidifier turns off by itself, no communication from Inventor, can't reach them by phone, left a message, nothing. Only in the app feedback, notification that someone from customer service will contact as soon as possible.... What can I say, it seems like the respect I had for this company is being lost... such a shame.

Just so you know, even though you already know it.
Good communication with the customer and managing their needs is key.
After much effort, they contacted me about my issue, through a forced contact.
I simply fell into a difficult summer period... and the service is of low power... resulting in delays in service in all areas, I suppose.
Polite and helpful in the phone communication I had, willing to help as much as they could. To have the machine serviced and resolved in about 10 working days... (still due to summer staff shortages and workload).
Note that they should see it in terms of noise during operation. The expected noise of the machine's operation, if I take into account reviews from others. In other words, it's not treatable.
As for the automatic shutdown, it requires a setting that is not correctly written in the manual, specifically to bypass the "Energy Saving" mode, as stated, you need to hold down the four specific buttons with the machine off, in order to hear a sound. The energy saving mode resumes after a power outage. Good luck if you left it in a vacation home.
Only the wifi and notifications save you in case of shutdown. If you don't have wifi and there is a power outage... well... goodbye!!!
That's why there is a power restoration function in the state you have configured, whether it's smart or manual operation, to make your life easier. This has been happening in almost all dehumidifiers for years. However, here it keeps your settings, but turns off the dehumidifier after 12 hours.
Energy saving should be the exception for the machine, not the rule, that's why there is a timer after all!!
In conclusion, you should have the option to make the settings you want and have them maintained even after a power outage, because why should all settings be maintained except for that one...?
Anyway... somewhere... somehow... we got frustrated with this situation...
