It is a very good product...
I am not a gym person, but a soccer - running person.
I am satisfied after two weeks of using it.
Personally, it does not cause sleep problems for me, even though I drink two coffees a day, nor stomach disorders, etc. Maybe because I take it at 15:00, that is, half an hour before training.
The taste is nice compared to other ones... but overall, it is worth it..

Very good for its price. I have definitely noticed a difference in swelling and strength. Without being a doctor, I would prefer you to consume it before the gym because of the Taurine it contains as an ingredient, as it gives a slight boost in swelling and energy.

It dissolves very easily, has an excellent taste even with water, and a very nice smell. You consume it pleasantly. The only negative thing is that it is not creapure, so practically you don't get 5g of creatine with one scoop but significantly less (which will still be beneficial for you), but maybe next time I will look for a creapure product for greater creatine intake

It dissolves very easily, has a nice taste and aroma. One serving (5 gr) contains 3 gr of creatine, which is satisfactory. I added it to skim milk (0%) and it gained a fantastic taste. I recommend it. So far, I have only tried the raspberry flavor.

The keratin is pretty good. It does its job in thickening and strengthening just fine. It dissolves well and has a very nice taste. If it only gives you 3 grams, you increase the dosage. There's no discussion about its value for money

When you dissolve it, there are always lumps left at the end, it has a strong "chemical" and intense taste. I would not recommend it. Also, in 5 grams of powder, it contains 3 grams of creatine.

1. The watermelon flavor is too intense for my taste and it's difficult for me to consume.
2. It doesn't contain 5g of creatine, but 3g along with taurine, so if you take it at night, you won't be able to sleep (at least that's how I experience it).

For the price of 18+2 euros that I bought it for, it's fine, but I will definitely try other brands and flavors before buying it again

The best creatine for its price, the only negative is that it is not 100% but 60% creatine in one scoop, which means you get 3g of creatine instead of 5g in one scoop. However, this is not a big problem as only 3g is needed for muscle strength after a loading phase. Overall, though, it is excellent!

Having tried ON, biotech, and trec creatine, this one has incredible solubility, incredible taste, and nice texture. Since the other two were tasteless, I would say that in terms of texture and solubility, trec is the first one by far compared to the second ON and with a huge difference from the third biotech. Now, as for whether it does the job, yes, it does just as much as all the others. Price at 25 euros, relatively cheap for its time, but let's not forget that in the early 2000s, creatines were priced at 8-12 euros.
