EDIFIER has a long history in the audio industry. Each product undergoes a set of reliability testing criteria, and many testing requirements are higher than national standards to ensure quality.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Guys, whoever has an issue with Windows 10, random disconnections when watching YouTube videos, etc.,
1) send an email to Edifier, describe the issue,
2) they will ask for proof of purchase, take a photo and send it,
3) they will ask for your address to send you a replacement, provide it to them,
4) wait for 2 weeks,
5) now you have 2 pairs of headphones, one brand new that works perfectly (because the issue has been resolved in the next version of the product and is known to Edifier) and send the old one to your ex.
edit: After almost 2 years, it works like the first day. The only issue is that the cushions got damaged due to misuse, BUT: with a phone call to the representative in Greece, they will send you a free replacement to your home*
(except for the shipping costs of 3 euros, which you can avoid if you are near Athens city center by picking them up directly from the store)
While they were working perfectly fine for a while, I made the mistake of letting my little one watch some videos with them on. Next thing I knew, the cushions were falling apart and the headphones were completely worn out. Since then, I've been on a wild goose chase trying to find replacement parts. The Greek distributor doesn't have any, and the global distributor only has white cushions (the headphones are black) that cost half or more of the price of the headphones themselves. Ordering from eBay means dealing with Chinese sellers (who are supposedly the only ones who have them) and waiting forever for them to arrive.
So, due to the nonexistent after-sales support, I won't be buying these again, at least not for Edifier products in general.
Very reliable and nice headphones
They have very satisfactory insulation for their price
They can be connected with a cable to a computer without Bluetooth
They are the best choice for value for money, I recommend them to everyone
A home theater in headphone size. It's like listening to my favorite songs for the first time. The battery never runs out!
They have a great battery, meaning with almost full use they last almost a week, maybe even more, I don't use them much. Good sound but a bit "flat", the bass is there if you use some EQ or turn on the bass boost (in windows).
The only negative: Never use them for serious gaming because there is a noticeable, for me, delay. Unless you have linux, there it seems they have done something better with bluetooth audio and the delay is minimal to non-existent, something like the lightspeed wireless products from logitech where even though they are wireless you don't notice a difference from wired.
GREAT WITH ME. I bought them when I was 18, now I am 23 and they have not suffered anything. The only "flaw" I can find is that in the last semester they have closed on their own 5-6 times without any particular reason. The most value for money wireless headphones BY FAR. Get them yesterday
It was purchased after research, and what I have to say is GET IT without a second thought. Amazing battery life and very high-quality construction
Every time I connect it to a Windows PC, it keeps disconnecting.
Now it also disconnects from the new mobile phone (Pixel 7a).
Stay away
Very satisfied with the Edifier headphones. Satisfactory sound, light on the head and not tiring, and they fit well. The Bluetooth connection does not disconnect and has a long range. And the battery life is long. The microphone usage is very good for communication.
For simple everyday use, a guaranteed product
I bought them at the beginning of 01/2023 with a few hours of daily operation (1 to 2). Gradually, about 2 months ago, the charging started to drop, now it simply doesn't charge anymore.
VERY SATISFYING headphones! I have had them for about 2 weeks now and they have no damage. The sound is very good, the build quality is quite good, and they isolate the sound almost exceptionally. THE BIG COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE is that when you connect them to a device with the cable they have (i.e. without Bluetooth), the microphone of the headphones is deactivated for some reason and they are forced to use the device's microphone. But it's not a huge problem. ALSO, when you use the headphones with Bluetooth and use their microphone (e.g. when you are on a call), the quality of the sound output is significantly reduced, but this happens with all Bluetooth headphones (for some reason that I don't know).
Otherwise, very good headphones that are worth their price, but IF YOU USE THEM FOR GAMING WITH VC OR DISCORD, VIBER, etc. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM THAT MUCH.
A little heavy, but good... Good construction on their casing, the top cushion is quite good and the sides are 8/10. Strong bass and clear sound. I recommend it!
I mainly use them on my PC.
They are lightweight.
They don't tire me after hours of use.
Good sound.
Strong volume.
Value for money
I had them for 5 years until the sound started to deteriorate. They are amazing both for their price and their quality, much better than other more expensive ones on the market. I used them every day for many hours without taking special care of them, charging them once a month! Now I have the newer edifier w8020 nb for a year, which are more expensive and have noise cancelling, and I have to say that the w800bt are much superior.
1 year of use, they almost never need charging, they have amazing build and sound quality, the only downside is that they don't isolate the sound as well. I highly recommend them
After a year of use, I highly recommend them, their battery life is simply unmatched, you forget to charge them for music, movies, etc. there is no competitor at this price. You also have the option to use an aux cable so even if you run out of battery you just connect the cable, amazing !!!
Excellent fit in the ears and incredible sound isolation..!! I am at the noisy gym where I go and I don't hear anything around me, and at home with two young boys and still I don't hear anything.. To hear the other person you have to have the volume at 45%.. I use them for running and they don't even tire me and they don't move from the specific position where I wear them.. very good bass and sound.. Just get them
Definitely worth their money and if you are like me who wants them only for when you walk on the street or when you are at the gym just take them without a second thought because you will not need anything more.
I have them for 2 years, maybe a little longer.
They have incredible autonomy, incredible sound, and they are quite comfortable.
I mainly use them at home, but also on trips where I have them with me so as not to bother those around me.
They isolate the sound around you quite well, if not completely, so from me it's 5 stars.
I would definitely buy them again (only if I lost them because it's difficult for them to break)
I have them for several months, very durable, the battery lasts several days with daily use for several hours and they do not tire or hurt my ears at all, as it used to happen with other older ones. I would recommend them 100%
Everything is perfect and I have compared them to Sony headphones up to 120 euros. The only issue is that on my iPhone SE2020, after about 10 minutes, the Bluetooth starts acting up and people can't hear me, so I have to close it. It's not Apple's iOS fault, but rather an incompatibility between the phone and the headphones' Bluetooth. I have big ears, although they don't look like it, as almost all headphones in a foreign store were pressing against my ear and trapping it. When I talk about expensive ones, I mean Sony headphones priced at 350 euros and above, and in the end, only a Bose headphone priced at 400 euros was spacious enough.
For what it is (neither studio nor hi-end), it is amazing at this price. Huge autonomy and very good sound. They haven't worn out at all for me for 2 years now. I think in this category and at this price, it is a one-way street.
Nice headphones overall, I just give it a 4/5 because I am demanding with the bass, and I was not satisfied with how it sounds on these
I have had them for a year and I have charged them 4-5 times with 5 workouts per week.
No damage, the isolation is great and the sound is powerful and good for their price.
I have them for about 2 years and I am completely satisfied!
I am impressed by the endless battery life.
I would buy them again.
I have bought 2, one for home and one for work.
However, the work one is in extreme conditions, resulting in it falling several times and not getting damaged.
The sound is perfect and it perfectly isolates the external environment.
They work for 64 hours with one charge for 3 years now.
And I must say that I don't take care of them to see when they will "die"
I bought them a year ago, all of them were working, their packaging was extraordinary, I loved their sound and the feeling in my ears. They are and will remain my favorite headphones. I believe that 40 euros is a lot, but for me, it's worth it. Believe me, they are amazing headphones. I highly recommend them! I don't know why so many people have negative experiences, but I am completely satisfied.
Good quality, good clean sound. I use them for music and calls. They can be connected to 2 devices. The battery is quite good and charges relatively quickly. I think they are the best for their price.
It is a very good product for the money it offers. Comfortable, with very satisfactory sound whether wired or wireless. Excellent choice!
I got them for my son because he wanted to use them at the gym. He wears them all the time, from morning until night, they almost become a part of his head (they are so comfortable). He falls asleep with them (they are THAT comfortable). They last about a week with casual use (that's their durability). And when I talk to him, if I don't shout, he can't hear me! (they have such good isolation). Overall, they are worth their money. Now, if you want HIFI, obviously you won't get these headphones!
