I have had these for 6+ months now. They are not for talking on the phone when you are on the road or in a place with even the slightest noise, even the light breeze is annoying for the person you are talking to, even the air from the car's air conditioning. They also cut off and make you sound like a robot when you drive over potholes or dirt roads with the car. In short, if you just want to listen to decent sound for music (nothing special), then yes. They are not good for anything else.

  Unfortunately the same as most others. When I first bought them, they were the best headphones I have ever purchased, although I had complaints that the microphone picked up too many external sounds from my family.

  11 months later, the left earbud lasts less than the right one (Even though I mainly used the right one for all 11 months) and also, it is a struggle to connect the left earbud to the phone when I open the case, and then it doesn't disconnect from the phone at all to charge in the case. And now lately the left earbud stops charging inside the case and connects to the phone even though it is sitting inside the case and was charging.

  2 stars because for the first 8 months or so, they were the best headphones I have ever used in my life.

  The same problems as others. While at first I would forget to charge them, now (~1.5 years later) they need charging twice a day. The usage is mainly 40 minutes in the morning and 40 in the afternoon on the way to/from work. The left one had some disconnections in the summer. Plugging and unplugging, opening and closing would fix it. Now it's September and the left one holds a maximum of 5 minutes battery from 100%. I put it back in the case for 5 minutes, it charges to 40%, 5 minutes later it's back to 0. They have never been dropped or mistreated. The sound could be a bit louder, but it's quality. During calls, they hear the environment more than you. I've been complained to that they could hear the train brakes while I was at the station. Like reverse noise cancellation. 2 stars. 1 for the large battery at first, and 1 for the good sound. Not worth more.

  The main problem about these jbl earphones is that they do not provide noise canceling setting for calls, so there is not filter out of the background noises for pristine, crystal-clear communication. It is very annoying for the person you talk to, beacause you're heard clearly and they can here the background noises pretty loud instead.
  Regarding listening to music the sound is satisfying. Moreover after a year of casual use, one of the earphones stopped charging. I searched and found a few suggestions that worked for other users who had the same problem, but didint work for me.
  The left earphone shows fully charged, and after 10 minutes of use, it starts giving low battery warnings and eventually shuts down really fast!!
  I regret buying these pair of earphones and don't recommend to anyone buying this product! Total waste of 80 euros for a branded product.

  I bought them on Dec. 22. After almost 9 months of daily use, mainly of the left earphone, the right one started to discharge quickly, after 5 minutes of taking it out of its case. Up until today, I exclusively use the left one, which works like new, while the right one goes from 100% to 20% in 2 minutes and disconnects from Bluetooth. I bought them for 75 euros, they are not worth more.

  For their price, they are good, good sound quality. Usually, they don't turn off when you close the lid, and usually they don't charge, you have to make sure that the white light on the headset turns on to have a good chance. 9/10 times I close them from the app to be sure. The battery lasts them 5-6 hours at 80% volume. After a year, the left one lost a lot of its volume.

  I use them daily at work, for calls and at the gym for music since November 2022 and they haven't had any issues at all. The quality is excellent, as well as their battery life. Obviously you can find better headphones on the market, but not at this price!

  Coming from Powerbeats Pro (very expensive), the JBL ones are by far better in every aspect.

  The sound is not particularly loud and in outdoor spaces, neither the bass nor the conversation can be heard well. You cannot make calls on public transportation.

  One of the worst purchases Ive ever made. DO NOT buy it. See below mg reasoning.
  Main points:
  1. NOT loud enough
  2. Active Noice Cancellation is non existent (in every environment e.g. at the gym, on an aeroplane, on a bus, anywhere I could need at least some noice cancellation it did NOT happen)
  3. The left earphone started NOT working (after just about a year since I bought them), as such they are now obsolete (i.e. they were NOT worth the investment, I was planning to have them at LEAST 2 years)
  4. The application is a joke, it doesnt have anything useful on it.

  The reviews speak and warn you. It seems that the defects are quite frequent, all having the same problem. This shows a flaw in their production and it is not random.

  Their sound is slightly better than the classic cheap ones with a cable, but that's about it. I thought they cost around 30 euros before I heard their price.

  Today I tried ANC buds from another brand of the same price and it was what I expected at this price. Putting these two side by side, you can clearly see the difference. They felt like a different category. The price says nothing about the quality.

  It's a shame for a company like JBL, these things happen, everyone makes mistakes but it is the consumer's responsibility to do research and avoid possible surprises.

  I bought them about 9 months ago, today I returned them to the store for a replacement because one of the two earphones stopped working, many times one of the two earphones wouldn't charge. The active noise cancellation was very good for me. In an office space, you could only hear very sudden loud sounds, like coughing. Not the chatter and noise from cars. However, after a while, my ear started to hurt a little there, so I had to take them off for a few minutes.

  Also, the active noise cancellation only works when you're listening to music. It gets deactivated when you're talking on the phone.

  It has good sound with excellent bass. The main problem is that the left earbud loses connection in the case and is not recognized by the Bluetooth from the first ten days of use. Unacceptable for JBL. It is going for replacement although I think it is a systematic defect of the product.
