GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) is a non-protein amino acid that functions as a neurotransmitter in the human brain. 

GABA is naturally produced in the body and its presence in the central nervous system can help promote relaxation and reduce nervous tension.

Natural color variation may occur in this product.

Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.
