In this hardcore action RPG, Jack must face many challenges to bring the light of the crystals back to Cornelia, a kingdom conquered by darkness.
It features action gameplay where you use a wide variety of action moves to survive intense battles and scatter your enemies in front of you, as well as RPG elements that collect many different tasks and weapons to customize and develop your characters. You can enjoy the game at multiple difficulty levels.

Jack and his allies, Ash and Jed, have set out to defeat Chaos as they open the gates of the Chaos Shrine. However, doubts linger, are they truly the Warriors of Light foretold by the prophecy?
Use different sets of movements, based on the weapons you have equipped, to change combinations, unlock new attacks through upgrades, and add job specializations that will help you expand Jack's and his companions' skill sets. As with classic Final Fantasy games, HP, MP, and filters must be carefully balanced with the limited-use ability, soul shield, to reduce incoming damage - all in real time. In a new variation, if you rest at save points, enemies will respawn for easy grinding and risk-reward balancing.
Each piece of equipment not only changes the basic statistics, but also gives a touch of dark fantasy to the battle. Equip multiple pieces in a set, not only to complete the look, but also to increase the bonus statistics available for your team. Skill trees, based on jobs, help form a team where each member supports the other with abilities and special attacks that can compensate for weaknesses and enhance strengths. Customize your team according to your play style.
Although Team Ninja specializes in immersive battles, you can also use spells, both in and out of combat. Manipulate the elements to overcome obstacles and open new paths, traverse the environment with your sword to discover new items, and exploit the abilities of your enemies. Uproot their abilities and use their attacks against them to suppress crowds, exploit weaknesses, and enhance combo attacks.
