  UPDATE: returned from service and it works fine, possibly the steam button was pressed.
  UPDATE: after a few months of use and several tests with different coffee varieties, grind size and extraction time, it seems that I have reached a production of satisfactory quality coffee. I definitely don't think it's worth the 130 euros it cost me, but up to the limit of 90 euros it's a good choice.

  I have had the machine for about 5 months and until 2 weeks ago it made very good coffee, suddenly now it makes water with color. I changed the coffee and bought one of the best ones available, but it's still the same. I have changed about 6 machines over the years, but none of them had this issue with the coffee within 5-6 months. It is quite silent, with a good steam pressure nozzle, but for its price (130€) it is a lot. If I didn't have this issue with the coffee, I would give it a 4/5 star rating, but considering the coffee after a few months and the construction of the machine with such low-quality plastic, it doesn't say much, especially for the 130 euros spent on it!

  I am impressed by the fact that this particular machine has so many positive reviews.

  Stay away, it's the worst thing you'll ever have in your hands. Average coffee, easily gets clogged (I sent it to the dealership service twice and they returned it to me with the same problem). Poor construction.

  If I had tried it first, I wouldn't have bought it... it's a lazy machine. Yes, it's beautiful and the 20b do their job when it comes to frothing milk, but that's where the goodness ends. I mean, the fact that I have to press another button to turn on another light (it feels like too much bureaucracy to me) just to get a little steam that is not of satisfactory quality (compared to my previous machine)... plastic like a low-quality children's toy, dimensions only suitable for small espresso cups under the group head and small milk jugs or pitchers under the steam wand. And not so functional water tank, it's not easy to fill it with water using a bottle from the top, so you have to take it out frequently, which means leakage. Yes, it has a grid (as if that matters) that should have come with the machine for me to confirm. However, it's unacceptable that all companies had only one photo and no dimensions (probably Morris' mistake). Some furniture, countertop, or tray will accommodate your machine, but do you have them on the floors? Provide dimensions... it's good for decoration (I'm adding photos with dimensions/measuring tape for you to see if it suits you). Enjoy...

  I bought it for Christmas and we make 2-3 coffees daily. It heats up very quickly, makes a very good coffee WITH FOAM and decent frothed milk. It is easy to clean and doesn't make much noise during operation. At the price of 89 euros that I bought it, I consider it a decent home coffee machine. IT'S WORTH IT!!!

  I bought it with reservation because it had just been released, but I was tempted by the price (€89) and the design. After about 3 weeks of use, I consider it value for money. It makes very good coffee with nice foam and froth. I was disappointed with the construction, as it is all plastic and does not seem to be of good quality. The buttons are very sensitive and remind me of cheap children's toys, imitations of household appliances. I believe it will hold up, it has a 3-year warranty.
