    For the past 2 years, it has helped me with the health of my gums due to periodontitis. My doctor saw it and encouraged me to continue using it. It provides energy to the body for about 4 hours. It's better than a good multivitamin. Within an hour of taking it, urine turns yellow due to its high vitamin C content. I can't tell if it helps with the immune system because I have been getting the flu or catching Covid for these past 2 years and they don't go away easily. I don't see a decrease in stress on the nervous system. The stars are for the gums and that's it.

    It does the job because firstly you see hair growth and faster nail development. As for vitamin C, it's the same because if you have gum inflammation, you see your gums in better condition. However, it didn't help me in terms of protection against infections because I still caught some. Edit: I forgot to mention something important and I apologize. The pill is very large, obviously they couldn't fit all these elements into something smaller. I, of course, cut it into 2 or better yet into 4 pieces for easier and guaranteed intake.
