I received it, read the instructions, and put it on charging for 6 hours as the instructions say. I did not connect it to the line, I had the old Gigaset cordless phone.
After 6-7 hours the indicator was on the first line (out of 3 lines).
Finally, it charged after 26+ hours.
I use it for a total of 15 minutes and the next day it turns off because the batteries are empty. Recharge again, minimal use (10-15 minutes), and again it doesn't last 24 hours! Within 10 days that I have it, the same problem.
I have it set to ECHO and ECHO+, but the battery does not hold!
I bought it to replace the old Gigaset, because it had a charging problem and did not last. Now with the Philips, I face the same problem.
