A very good fragrance-free cream! I use it on my face because I have redness and some dryness in certain areas. It helped me a lot and really after a few days of use I see my face relaxed and without marks. It does the job without needing a large quantity. I would characterize it as a cream for irritations and sensitive skin. 4 stars because sometimes I feel like it doesn't absorb well
Perfect product, it does what it promises. If you don't use a large quantity and only use what is needed, with a little patience, you will see a difference in two days. I recommend it. ☺️

I had an allergy and redness on my face after the shower. This cream gave me the solution I was looking for.
I have combination skin (31 years old) and the cream sits very well on my face. It calms any redness on the face (I mainly have allergies). I find its subtle scent addictive. A very good choice for its price! I can't understand the negative reviews, especially regarding the scent which is almost non-existent.
One of the best products from La Roche. After intense skin irritation from a chemical peel, it was incredibly soothing and had very fast results. Simply put, it is neither Fucidin nor Fucicort, which some people expect and complain about in the comments. It has to do with the cause and degree of skin irritation, so ask a pharmacist before purchasing anything.
I have tried several creams and have ended up with this one.
It is now my favorite product, initially it is effective, lightweight, and does not cause irritation.
Finally, 100ml at this price makes it an excellent choice
I bought this specific cream due to intense dryness under one eye, so intense that the concealer wouldn't stay and the texture was rough. After 4 applications, it did nothing. I bought a very expensive avocado cream from another brand and it disappeared overnight. I don't know what to tell you, let it be clarified in the comments why it is so amazing because I didn't understand. Also, I have dry skin, I wear it at night and after a while, my skin is not greasy at all, it absorbs completely. I imagine this is good if you have oily skin. I just haven't understood its significant usefulness
It is the best, I have bought it countless times to have it everywhere. I have it in the office, in my bag, on the nightstand, everywhere. Apart from the slightly sticky texture it leaves on the hands, it does what it promises, I use it as a base before makeup, and for morning and evening. Incredible!
Perhaps the best cream I have ever put on my face!! Rosacea, with redness and irritation. With two applications, the redness on my cheeks disappeared. It leaves the skin soft and you feel that the product works.
In my opinion, it should be present in every home. It is versatile, suitable for both babies and adults. It rejuvenates the skin, soothes irritations and mild burns, and relieves very dry skin. Personally, I use it after facial hair removal and I don't have any redness, and also as a night mask!
For diaper rash, it doesn't do anything special.
I also didn't see a difference on the face.
But on the baby's skin that got burned by hot water and turned red, I think it did the job immediately.
I did not buy it from here, but I wanted to share it, and maybe some people will be helped. I suffered a chemical burn, probably from retinol combined with something else. My stupidity, I guess.
The right photo is from the afternoon before I ran to the pharmacy. At that point, the outer layer of skin was missing. The left photo is, honestly, from the next morning.

It does what it promises! In a light form, it improves the health of damaged or irritated skin from acne scars. Be careful because it is a balm and not a cream, meaning it is thicker and absorbs more slowly. I will definitely buy it again.
I overdid it with retinol and AHAs, and out of all the products I used, only this cream restored the damage, with 2 applications per day for 4-5 days. It's definitely not for everyday use as it is thick and heavy, but as a barrier repair-healing cream, it is excellent. Also, my 11-year-old daughter with atopic dermatitis now has hydrated and clear skin with 3-4 applications per week. Fantastic product with a clever composition!
A doctor recommended it to me and I am satisfied. It provides good hydration and leaves the skin "shiny". I only use it at night and apply a sufficient amount. It reminds me a bit of a light leave-on mask. However, in the morning, it doesn't leave any greasiness on my skin at all! I would buy it again.
I bought it because the pediatrician recommended it for my baby. It does an amazing job, after a few uses, the rash disappeared.
Excellent product that does exactly what it says. An occlusive cream that locks in moisture while also replenishing when needed. With a very good formulation and good ingredients. Very good value for money. Be careful, using too much can cause breakouts.
The good:
- It is quite good for use after retinol. It restores the skin.
- It incredibly soothes skin irritations.
The bad/caution:
- It caused some white pimples (milia) under the eyes. I applied it every day, so be careful, I think it is meant for more spread-out use.
- It is very heavy, to the point where it does not absorb quickly at all, so if you are going to apply it at night, you will have to wait a long time. Otherwise, it transfers onto pillows and in general, you cannot relax with the heaviness on your face.
I would buy it again and I actually did, I would just use it more carefully.
I use it locally, on redness or dry patches on my face, very effective! :)
To clarify something else, this particular cream has a lot of hype without being anything special. And I say this having experience trying from high-end brands to the most sophisticated creams from Korean beauty. And something that unfortunately I didn't know when I bought it is that it is not cruelty-free, which is the most important thing for me. Unfortunately, companies like La Roche and Avene still conduct animal testing in 2023. Never again.
It is not easily absorbed, it is only for dry skin, but the worst part is that it smells very bad, to the point where I can't use it on my face.
I use 3 creams religiously: This one, especially when I have irritations after shaving, Bepanthol, and Cerave Dry To Very Dry Skin.
Epic.
It didn't leave me greasiness, but it didn't do anything special either. A lot of product came out of the packaging with a little pressure
With rosacea and dermatitis, I applied it at night and in the morning all the redness had disappeared. It is the first time I have used it and I am waiting to see if using it more frequently during outbreaks will help my difficult skin. I also applied it to mosquito bites and it soothed them.
As a 'negative' point, I will mention that because I no longer wash my face in the morning, I only clean it with lukewarm water, I had to clean it with my liquid soap because the cream had created a film on my skin. It's not something terrible compared to the quality and soothing it offers to my skin. I will buy it again.
I used it on my acne-prone oily face, in the evening as the last step of my skincare routine. In the morning, my face was clean and moisturized, while also combating any irritations. It softens acne marks quite a bit. It may feel a bit heavy when applied at night, it takes a while to absorb and then you can lay on a pillow. On the body, it fights irritations, redness, and itchiness. A very good product, and I will definitely buy it again.
In acne-prone areas on the face, it may not help, but in dry areas, marks, etc., it disappears everything, it's unbelievable
In the positives for use on the face (although it is recommended for burns and not for the face):
1. The next day, the face is moisturized.
2. You can immediately see a difference in the brightness of the face.
3. It is excellent for hydrating dry skin.
4. It works perfectly for around the eyes.
In the negatives:
1. Personally, it smells like mayonnaise to me. I consider the smell to be very bad, and I am generally not sensitive to smells.
2. For oily skin, it is good to avoid using it daily, maybe a few times a week when you want extra hydration (and around the eyes, of course, it is perfect every day).
Overall, it is an excellent cream.
