Volume 1

For the first time, a work is being released that gathers the most important samples of legal aids and means in the field of Administrative Law, structured thematically in two volumes. The present first volume includes samples of legal documents (legal aids and means) updated with all the recent changes that have occurred in the substantive law (Law 2717/1999) and the annulment disputes (Presidential Decree 18/1989). This first volume is structured in two parts:

The General Part includes samples of all basic legal aids and means exercised before the Council of State and the regular administrative courts, which can serve as a general guide in specific cases, regardless of the specific thematic area. Specifically, among others, samples of applications for annulment, appeal, lawsuit, suspension, intervention, application for stay, and application for annulment are included.

The Special Topics include adapted samples to correspond to the main special topics of Administrative Law, and specifically, Public Liability, Public Contracts, Environment, Urban Planning, Forests, Compulsory Expropriation, Refugees, Taxation, Municipal Taxation, Central Union of Municipalities, Payment Order, and Education.

All the above samples are enriched with explanatory comments and recent case law, offering readers basic legal and theoretical directions for each specific issue that arises. The references to legislation, case law, and bibliography included at the end of each legal document provide the basic direction for further exploration of the relevant issues by researchers and legal practitioners.

The publication of this first volume of the collective work "Samples of Administrative Law" is part of the broader effort of the publications of the Legal Library to offer a useful tool that ensures the faster and more effective exercise of the function of lawyers, with the aim of facilitating their work, recognizing the demanding conditions prevailing in the field, as well as the time pressure within the daily practice.

Volume 2

This second volume of "Samples of Administrative Law" is delivered to the public a few months after the release of the first volume of the Samples of Administrative Law, completing the effort to gather samples that cover a particularly wide range of legal practice concerning administrative law.

It includes samples that concern specific topics of Administrative Law, updated with all recent legislative and case law developments.

In the second volume, an effort has been made to collect selected examples from the most common branches of Administrative Law, with the aim of solving practical issues that practicing lawyers face in their everyday court proceedings.

Specifically, examples are presented regarding the following topics:

Social Security, Health Law, Foreigners, Establishments of Health Interest, Outdoor Advertising, Remuneration, Local Government, Employment Disputes, State Aid, Energy, Fines, Administrative Disputes from Trademarks, Electoral Disputes, Nullity disputes (PSI cases, violation of economic freedom rights, prior hearing, citizenship), Public Affairs, EETT, Provisional Judicial Protection, Administrative Execution, Compliance of the Administration, Fair Satisfaction-Reasonable duration of the trial, Court of Audit.

The Administrative Law examples are enriched with extensive explanatory comments and recent case law, providing the reader with the basic case law and theoretical directions for the specific issues that arise.

References to legislation, recent case law, and relevant bibliography hosted at the end of each example provide the reader with the stimulus for further investigation of the corresponding issues.
