  A beautiful kitchen machine, a jewel for the kitchen and essential for the home cook/chef.
  Heavy as it should be and relatively quiet.
  Weighs 9 kilograms and includes accessories such as a whisk, hook, K-beater, plastic lid for the bowl, and a stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 4.8 liters.
  The mixing type is planetary with a head lock, and the attachments are easy to attach and detach.

  Now, for kneading, I use the low speeds, up to 4, with the hook and with the whisk and K-beater up to 10.

  I haven't felt the machine struggling or getting tired so far in any preparation I have made, but it does heat up after 5 minutes of use, and as you increase the speed, it smells a bit like burnt oil. However, it is still new, so it is justified. In fact, I contacted Smeg's service and they confirmed this phenomenon, assuring me that it will disappear over time.

  In the photos, I have 1.5 kilograms of flour with a liquid element of 0.5 liters, and it handles it effortlessly.
