The leggings stick very well, I had them for about 3 months and they provide great protection. I recently changed them because I had a very thin case, which caused the cameras to touch directly wherever I placed my phone, resulting in scratches and bumps on the screens. This means that they have very good protection and I can say that I had a hard time removing the old ones, so they also have a very strong adhesive... I highly recommend them!!! It will be easier for you to adjust them with a piece of double-sided tape because they don't have anything to hold onto easily, and you can see how to stick it if you touch it with your fingers..
