Hard transparent case with thick rubber on the casing and plastic on the back. The rubber is raised enough so that the cameras do not touch the surfaces, and the screen is also protected if you leave it upside down. As for the stand, it is of much better quality than previous models of the same brand's cases. It is now adjustable and more stable than before, as it is wider. It is a bit difficult to remove when it is new, which may be a good feature for some, but personally, it bothers me a bit. Usually, cases like this tend to yellow quite quickly... we shall see...

EDIT: after 8+ months of use, the magnets on the stand and case broke the plastic that held them together. As a temporary solution, I used strong instant glue, which lasted only 5 days. One of the two magnets fell off, and the stand could not magnetize onto the case, so it kept falling off. I removed the entire stand with a spatula in hopes of saving it, and then (after dealing with the case so much) I realized how yellow the sides had become. Well, then it took a shot into the bin from 7.24 meters, and I ordered a new one.
