Excellent printer, used in an office and prints many pages daily for the past year. Practically, its ink is free for the first few years, but even if it needs to be refilled, the cost is minimal at 5 euros per ink bottle. I have never cleaned the print heads, so I don't have the issue with ink pads. Although it is considered for household use, I believe it is not suitable for home use as problems occur in all printers of this "tank" type when they are left idle without printing. It is ideal for small office use, which is what I do, and although I have tried various other "tank" printers from different companies, this one has been the most reliable for office printing, without any issues or disconnections.
I regret choosing this particular printer. At first, everything was fine, but in a short period of time, it started requiring frequent head cleanings every 3 minutes. Additionally, sometimes it prints blank pages or pulls two sheets together, and the image quality is not good at all. After the first 2 months of use, it constantly spews ink on the pages and hasn't stopped since, no matter what I've tried. If we have to buy a printer once and it needs service 100 times, it's not worth it. My friend who bought the same printer has the same problems. It definitely wasn't worth the money!
Very good printer for its price. Good quality color printing and very economical. The only negative is its speed, which is expected from an inkjet.
Very good so far, I have printed around 150 pages in 2 weeks, everything is fine. Good print quality, relatively fast. As for the initial connection that many people mention, the difficulty does not apply if you download the application, it guides you step by step, takes about 20 minutes, but let's not forget that it is an initial installation and the inks need some time to integrate. Away! Epson states in its specifications that it supports paper up to 300gsm. With 120gsm, it can't even pull it! Print quality is below average! It's the first time I said I wasted my money!
The worst thing about this printer is that it is the cheapest series of Epson, with all that implies. The initial setup is very difficult. There is no screen and everything is done through a combination of buttons. The build and print quality is terrible. Anyone who wants an Epson printer is better off going for a more expensive model and will be satisfied with all their requirements.

Initially, it takes half an hour to read the instructions and press buttons in order to start working. If you want to connect it to the internet, you have to attend seminars on how it will show you its information.
Slow printing - Terrible quality - 2 years ago I bought a printer for 30 euros and it had better quality. Truly a failure. I will see if I can return it. I have never made a worse purchase
PAY ATTENTION. I have had the printer for a year and something with very little use. Initially, I had two printers with ink cartridges (as many of you have found out) and every now and then with minimal prints, you had to throw away about 30 (color and black ink) to get new ones. So, I decided to buy an expensive printer to avoid buying ink every month. Until today, when it gave me an error that the ink pads have filled up. What are these? No one will tell you. It is a container with sponges that fill up with ink after each head cleaning, which is necessary every time. When they fill up, you can't print anymore and it needs to go for service. In a regular store, it starts from 35 euros (I dare not say how much it costs for Epson). Well, now if you clean the sponges yourself (simple washing with water, they are sponges), you will need to do a reset. But guess what!!!! You can't reset it and it has to go to service. This ensures that money will definitely come out of your pocket, and if you think you're done because you spent a bunch of money to buy it, you're wrong!!!!!!! From there on, it is a poorly constructed product, as you have the feeling (and it is true) that it will break. Print quality is not suitable for photos and definitely requires special paper. Its use is excessively difficult. The wifi connection is also difficult, so you end up printing with a cable. Print at the bookstore unless you are professionals, then get something professional.
